KENT Location: My wife and I had an interest in a Class A motorhome to upgrade our Current Class A. We walk in and greeted and assigned to a sales rep who sits us down and began asking us about 25 to 50 question at one point I stopped him. The questions where related to rv usage vs what we wanted. As a experienced RVer, I pretty much know what my needs are then a 50 question before being shown a RV. The sales rep stated it was part of their training, then I would say they need to fire the sales manager. This went on for 20 minutes before I told him enough is enough and I was annoyed with his questioning. My wife, grand child, daughter and I stopped the BS questioning and left without looking at the new Fleetwood Fortis we went there to see. After leaving Poulsbo RV kent we went to Poulsbo Fife and had an excellent experience. If you like games go Kent, if you want honest and friendly individuals go to Fife. read more

We went to the RV Show at the Westfield Mall in Olympia yesterday. Neither of the salesmen acknowledged our presence. We walked right by one, who was sitting in a chair not helping anyone, he didn't even say hi. When I called them out on it and said I don't like being treated like I can't afford to buy an RV they just rolled their eyes. I told them we have to find one within the next 4 weeks and was not going to be from them. They said they didn't want to sell me one anyways. So needless to say we will be going elsewhere. read more

Have been looking seriously to purchase Vilano Fifth Wheel and stopped in to work with an expert right after they opened so they were not busy. Steven Sullivan basically ran in front of us, opened three fifth wheels. Did not speak to us unless we had a question, and did not know the answer to any of the basics. Pretty much determined that we will NOT be ordering anything from Poulsbo RV. Very disappointing. read more

My husband and I checked out a motor home that we liked but wanted a day to think about it. We were pressured to put down $1000 to hold it with a guarantee that it would not be charged to our account. The next day we felt like it was not a wise purchase so we withdrew our offer. We discovered that they charged our account. Again they told us we would get our money back within a week. It has been five weeks and several messages later and we still don't have our money back. The finance officer will not return our messages and the sales person we dealt with assured us he would set it right. Please, please consider other places to buy an RV. These people are not honest. This is our second attempt to give them the benefit of doubt and both times were failures on their part. Also, do NOT buy into their extended warranty. You can get other premium warranties at other dealers for 1/3 the cost. read more

PAY FOR A CARFAX... We paid for carfaxes on the motorhomes and were able to see a pretty helpful history; it may not be perfect but it shows how many owners, any reported accidents, any reported repairs (modern car repair shops do this now), on one of the motorhomes - an ECU had been replaced. Poulsbo didn't know it but WE DID because we got the CARFAX. EXPECT A HEFTY PDI... What's PDI you ask? They want to charge $2250 for a 160 point inspection on the vehicle, how ridiculous. I told them - in advance - we would be taking the vehicle to have it inspected elsewhere. We can take a vehicle to Kent RV for an inspection on all the RV components/things/fridge/etc. for about $114 per hour, it could take 1-2 hours. WE can take the vehicle to Paul's Truck in Kent for an engine/tranny pre-purchase inspection (those kinds of components) for $150. But Poulsbo wants to charge the buyer $2250 and this doesn't warrantee anything? What a joke. SMART BUYERS BEWARE. ALSO -- CHECK THE NADA price, and do your research. **Also... They would not budge at all on the price of the vehicle - they wouldn't allow "any" downward movement on the price... even though it was a consigned vehicle, apparently. Regarding the consignment... Those people who have consigned their RV through Pousbo RV just lost a sale... It would have been sold. You'd be better off selling it by owner, do your cash part at the bank to keep you safe, and sell it to people straightaway so that buyers don't have to deal with the "overpricing" and "junk fees" that Poulsbo is adding on. Friendly saleseman at the main Poulsbo company... Yes... However,we'll go either private sale or to another dealership who doesn't assign thousands of dollars of "pre-delivery inspection fees" -- that's ridiculous. If you have a vehicle on your lot to sell... We expect it to be in good condition to sell. And as for a walk-through; that is a "given" with any purchase of a car or motorhome. We expect to know what is being purchased. One more thing... I would have LOVED to write a good review. We were going to be "buying local." Poulsbo has the opportunity to become a favorite in the Pacific NW. People would love to come here and buy things and not get "shell shocked" with a suprise PDI fee! BE ON THE UP AND UP - managers and owners who are running the game. Your greed is losing you customers. Instead, you need to operate like Auburn Subaru. No gimmicks, no tactics - just straight forward -- when they sell cars, their price "is what it is" and we know it -- no junk fees... I had occasion to ask Poulsbo, who is a local outlet for the RV Van I wanted to order, for a price they would sell it to me for.The poor salesman came back from the sales manager's office with a written offer to sell it to me for the full MSRP plus a $1900 "get ready" fee. This brought the total to over $167, 000 plus tax and license fees. I said OK, I am going to price this with a dealer a friend of mine worked with in New Jersey. The salesman went back in and came bsck out with the same offer. I left and sent my list of desired options to the NJ dealer and an Arizona dealer just for comparison. The AZ dealer came in at a little over $30,000 less. The guy in NJ was closer to $35,500 less. I am making a trip to the East Coast when my vehicle arrives.Well worth it I think. read more

These guys are such a rip-off! They mark their prices WAY up and then say they're on SALE! Prime example: The 2022 Tiffin Cahaba 19SC, 2-wheel drive Class A RV. They show MSRP as $228,995 and SALE price as $199,995. MSRP is really $205,995. I can get a 4WD unit for $175,000 at several other Dealers. Also, I have several friends who have purchased at Poulsbo RV before and have had nothing but problems with after-sale fixes and warranty work. AVOID AT ALL COSTS... The salesman lied several times, tried to keep us there, and wouldn't show us anything for over 20 minutes while asking tons of questions. We stopped in on our way back from a family outing, and went to ask about a Class B RV. I will say that I don't write reviews often, and if Yelp would let me write less than one star I would. He lied over and over. Do your research, and before you believe anything they tell you check it out - even their "24 year veteran" salesman was full of bs. The maintenance package, and service might be great - but the slimy, terrible salesmen are rejects from some used car lot. I will not be going back, and hope that anyone reading this would think twice as well. I haven't had an experience this bad, even at the slimiest of used car lots. This review is in regard to the service department. Make sure you double check that everything you came in with is there when you drive it off the lot. We had the axle replaced in our rv and they had it for quite a while. We brought it home and didn't notice that the tv had been removed and not replaced until we were getting ready for this year's camping season. Of course their response was that they had no reason to take it down. So basically it disappeared out of the locked trailer in my driveway. Beware! read more

PRV sure likes to toot their own horn, but when I logged on here, I wasn't surprised to see that they only have three out of five stars here. The people there have all been decent and reasonable to work with for the most part. We bought a brand-new motorhome from them and got a reasonable deal but didn't even dicker with them on the price. Also wanted to add a rooftop vent cover. You'd think that any new RV or car dealer would at least throw-in the labor for the easy install of that, but they would not. We paid FULL price for the cover and FULL price for the labor -- and this would have been done while they're working on it in the normal delivery-prep process (which we ALSO were charged for). Wow... but OK. Then we asked about the ease of replacement for the motorized step, because we didn't think we needed it. I don't recall who told us, but they said that yes it's an easy bolt-back-on and reconnect the wiring process. Sounded doable to me, if I needed to do it at home, so I had them go ahead and remove it. After using the MoHo a couple times, we decided we'd like the step back on, so I spent almost three hours on two different occasions trying to get it back on. The wiring was a mess underneath, with colors not even matching up, and PRV didn't even have a correct wiring diagram to share with me (not their fault -- the mfr didn't make one available even to them). Nothing worked, and it was nothing like an "easy process" to put back on, and when we brought it in for our final warranty fixes, they refused to put it back on without charging us -- refusing to take responsibility for the incorrect info THEY gave me that led us to have it removed. Our decision to do so was based ENTIRELY on their telling us how easy it would be to put it back on. Brad, the Service Manager, refused to accept any responsibility on their part for this ("Why is this our responsibility?") and wanted us to pay the labor to re-install, insisting that it was some kind of hardship on their part to pay for a tech to put it back on. (Yes, I'm sure it would bankrupt them.) I told him, You're going to lose a customer over maybe a $50 labor charge to fix something that YOU'RE responsible for? He said "we're not going to lose a customer (ME) over this" and I told him he sure WAS, and asked him if he thought I'd ever shop there again, WHICH I WILL NOT. What a poor decision and an absolute nickel-and-dime operation -- a feeling I got from them from Day One. They may sell quality brands, folks, but after the sale, they do NOTHING, in my experience, to make you feel like a valued customer. Extra mile to keep a customer? They don't give an extra INCH. Have plenty of nickels and dimes ready if you do business with them. You'd think they'd know better with the level of competition in the RV market around here. Buyer beware. read more

Went to look at a used 2018 travel trailer. Trailer was as advertised. Nice knowledgeable sales person and manager. As we were negotiating we were advised there is a prep fee of $2900. It did sound like some of this might be negotiable but it was a $15,000 trailer that's a 20% add on. Advise you ask about this before you get too far in negotiations. read more

I don't even really know how to say what I want to say. Hmm, I guess I'll start off with this. My family is a family who loves camping. We LOVE it. We owned a travel trailer and decided to upgrade to a class A as we felt it was better suited for our family. My husband passed by this dealership on the way home from work and so of course he told me about it and we were so excited to see if they had any Tiffins. We first looked at it on their website and found one that we liked and wanted to look at and possibly purchase if it was perfect for us. As we arrived, we saw many other RVs that caught our eye and were pretty excited to see what they had. Our excitement ended there. We walked towards the office and saw two salesmen. Neither greeted us. Went inside, no one greeted us... so we tried to look around for the RV we wanted to see. As we looked around, we saw more salesmen walking around. None greeted us or offered us any help. Why is this? Did they take one look at us and thought we weren't serious to buy one? We look young, sure, but I mean, how can you really tell anyone's ages for sure? What does that matter anyway? Did we look like we can't afford an RV? Did they not want to greet us because we don't look like them? I don't want to pull the race card, but what else can I wonder? Either way, it seemed like we were pretty discriminated against since they couldn't even bother to greet us. Very interesting and very disappointing, really. By the looks of it from other reviews, seems like this is a normal thing for them to treat their customers. Really weird for a business to act like this, honestly. Have they heard of yelp or google reviews? They're putting a bad name to ALL their other locations because we will never set foot on a Poulsbo RV ever again. A bit of advice: a little kindness goes a long way, but they've really put a bad taste in our mouth and a sunken feeling in our hearts. read more

I would be very cautious about consigning your RV to Poulsbo RV. I was hoping to avoid the hassle of selling our RV, so was willing to sign a contract that would return me well less than the market value of our well cared for Navion, in exchange for their slickly-packaged promise of expertly prepping and marketing my vehicle. One of their upper-level managers came to our home, inspected the vehicle, assured me that his staff would prep it, advertise it, and show it. He told me this particular unit was very desirable, and that it was highly likely that it would sell within the 90 day consignment contract. I was very impressed with Pat, and felt I could trust him. Once the vehicle was in their hands, it was a completely different story. It took 3 weeks for the unit to even be listed online (the route by which most buyers search for an RV). Even then, I had to correct significant errors in the posting. In brief, during the 90 day consignment period, I could find no evidence that they put serious effort into marketing it. It was initially listed at $20,000 over what comparable units are selling for. Then it was listed as "Call for Price." I was unable to get an explanation as to what the strategy was behind that change. At no time during the 90 days did I have any communication from Poulsbo RV. But even more disturbing was the evidence of neglect and damage to the vehicle when I decided to retrieve it at the end of the 90 days. To be fair, I signed the consignment contract which includes a release of Poulsbo RV from responsibility for any damage to the vehicle when in their possession, excepting for neglect or willful damage. When I picked it up, 2 of the running light lenses had been removed, an interior cabinet latch had been broken, and an awning clip had been broken. The rear license plate and frame were hanging from one screw, and the screw clip was missing. The tires were mud splattered, and the exterior was stained with grey streaks from the roof. The slide-out steps went out of commission shortly before the consignment, and I offered to fix them before Poulsbo RV took possession. Pat assured me that his service staff would repair the steps. Of course, when I picked it up 90 days later, the steps were still non-functional. Clearly, Poulsbo RV did not honor their duty to make a good faith effort to sell this vehicle. By the time I picked it up, the RV was stripped of a nice trash can and a valuable tool kit that I had assembled specifically for this vehicle. Other items were thrown in a heap in a closet. It was clear that Poulsbo RV staff had rummaged through items and cherry-picked those with value. Again, to be fair, Pat informed me that there was no guarantee that anything left on the RV would be returned to me or a buyer. That does not make this practice right or ethical. Finally, be forewarned that when I tried to discuss and resolve these issues with Pat, he quit answering my phone calls, responding to my voice mails, or returning my emails. read more

Thought I would chime in now that RV season is done for me. Still upset with the workmanship done at the Kent store. Do not or will not recommend any one to go there. I quess the big test is yet to come, when and if I purchase another RV in the future. I can only imagine what they will ask about the crappy exterior work that my trailer has. Just had the trailer winterized and had it pointed out that part of the subfloor is rotting, I am not sure if it was from the work done at Poulsbo taking shortcuts to get the trailer finished or the fact that the insurance company would not be willing to pay more out. I had the service manager there at Kent ask me to pay out of pocket for more work since he thought the insurance company would not pay out any more. If that happened the service dept would not have made any money. Can you believe that???? Taking it to a reputable RV service shop this time.... Or maybe I should go back to Poulsbo Rv so they can make another few thousand off me... Had to give one star to post otherwise it would be none. read more

I dropped off my rig for a MONTH. When I picked it up, the inside was torn apart and half of the items not repaired even with the service advisor saying he QC'd them. Don't take your rig here if you want communication and things fixed. Just won't happen. read more

The only issue that came up was when completing the financial paperwork which was done by someone else. They kept making mistakes on the paperwork. I rushed into Poulsbo RV just minutes before they closed in desperate need of a tool to get my trailer up and running for our annual family trip the next morning. Not only did they open up the (closed for the night) parts department, but when the tool that I needed wasn't in stock, Steve from the service dept., went ABOVE AND BEYOND and loaned me the tool from the dealership! I'm new to the area and Poulsbo RV is just a few miles from my house...I will be using them for all future service needs and for my next trailer purchase down the road. Amazing customer service! I'm really disappointed in this company. I was quoted an out the door price, then when I went in to purchase the camper I had to haggle with the salesman to get that price and when he agreed to go down to the quoted price he said they wouldn't be able to do the PDI (Pre Delivery Inspection) because it costs too much. When we were able to plug the unit into shore power 2 days later we found out that the inverter was not working properly so we would be unable to use any of the appliances or outlets. I contacted our salesman and he basically told me there was nothing they could do to help us out. Assuming I am correct and it is the inverter causing the problem, the inverter would cost approximately $150 retail and approximately $150 in labor. $300 for a happy customer...if someone reads this review and it prevents them from buying an RV it could cost them thousands more. This is just a bad way to do business. Please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. read more

I had an unfortunate event where Mercedes Benz Seattle damaged my RV while it was in their lot. They arranged to have my RV repair at Poulsbo. Greg came out to do the estimate at my house. It took them about 1.5 week to get the parts ordered and another week for the RV in shop. All and all, the repair went smoothly. Found one of storage doors wouldn't open and needed adjustment at pick up which they took care of it right away. It was an expensive mistake on MB Seattle since the repair was more than 5k! read more

This is an unethical business. They do not deserve your business! So I read a few reviews that said that if you did not buy from them, they will not do warranty work, but I thought, that can't be true. Well it's true! I just got off the phone with Skyler. I wanted to make an appointment to get our awning fixed for our Winnebago View. Immediately he asked, what year (ie. Is it still under warranty), I told him 2022, then he asked, did I purchase the RV from them? and I told him not at this store. Possibly assuming it was from another one of their locations, he said the best he could do was to schedule us in about 3-4 weeks. I told him that was not a problem. When he probed me more for which location. I told him I did not purchase it from their business. Upon hearing that, he said that he could not schedule an appointment for me at this time and could only set appointments for customers who purchased through them. I questioned, if they were an authorized Winnebago service center, I don't think they can refuse to service a customer just because they didn't buy from them. He said he is not refusing to service us, just prioritizing their customers. Well if he won't make us an appointment to get service, then he won't fix our problem. No matter how he wants to put it, that's refusing to do the warranty work!! Bottom line...They will not do warranty work unless it's for their customers. Warranty work must not pay well. Unethical business! Don't give them your business. Once I find an honest shop in Washington that will do the work, I will edit and post here so you can purchase you next RV from a reputable business. I will also be contacting Winnebago and Lichtsinn RV, where we purchased our RV, to inform them of Poulsbo's refusal to do warranty work. read more

STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!! I called nearly a month in advance to make an appointment for them to service my RV slide-out. I was told the earliest I could get it in was October 12th. I made the appointment and asked what time they opened. They said 8:00am. When I arrived shortly after 8:00am, I was told the service guy doesn't get in until 8:30am. So I waited. At 8:30am I went back to drop off my keys and was told they did not have me on their appointment book and there was NOTHING they could do for me. No offer of an alternative or anything. The worse thing about this is this was the SECOND TIME they lost my appointment. I called to speak with the General Manager, but received NO response to my voicemail. I WILL NEVER SHOP FOR RV SUPPLIES OR SERVICE FROM THESE BOZOS AGAIN!! read more

Worst experience of my life dealing with a "salesman". The salesman showed us 3 motorhomes. There was 1 that we liked. Out of the 3 the salesman had no real clue as to the cost. When we figured out which one we liked he quoted a price $23,000 more than it showed on their website. After we left I called the sales manager to pitch a fit and he really could not have cared less. Initially everything seemed great for our purchase. The prices seemed a bit high for the extras, but it was our first trailer purchase, and they didn't seem too crazy, if they were delivered well. They were not. $1100 for a pre delivery inspection is fine... if the toilet isn't leaking afterwards and a drawer isn't misaligned. $1000 dollars for installing 2 tvs would be alright, if they were both installed and were not Walmart specials. Dropped of our RV van to have some repairs done. When we came to pick up the van we noticed that the paint on the awning cover was scraped off - very noticeable damage which was not on our van before. Since the repairs included A/C replacement, and someone had to get to the roof of the van, it is highly probable that the scrape happened during the work. When I pointed that out to Scott, who was the service guy we dealt with, he became passive aggressive and told us that we have no proof the damage was done there even though we showed him a picture taken the same week we dropped off the van which clearly show no damage to the vehicle's paint. He said he will find out how much the new cover would cost and we can pay for the replacement - he never called me with that information, btw. We spent close to 6k dollars on the repairs at Poulsbo RV and received this rude and unprofessional and arrogant behavior. I do not recommend anyone to go there for repairs. read more

My wife and I have been vaguely in the market for a new camping option due to our bodies getting a little old and creaky for tent camping. We got confused on directions and ended up at the wrong Poulsbo, but we decided to check in. The salesman was very curt and acted like he was bothered that we were there. Today, we just wanted to be educated about different types of trailers. Immediately he said, "What do you drive? I need to see the owners manual." When he found out our vehicle only had a towing capacity of 1500lbs, he said, "there's nothing you can get here" and gave us no other ideas what to do. Do not go to this dealership. Poulsbo RV in Fife is worth the extra drive and ask for John Austin who I will review on the other Poulsbo site. read more

Unfortunately, I must add to the negative reviews for this dealership. I was never really comfortable with the purchase I made four years ago. I purchased an "extended warranty" for my new trailer that turned out to be a $4,000 scam. However, I refrained from posting a negative review. Now I am in receipt of a recall notice for my trailer. I called the dealership to ask where I could take my trailer to correct the defect. I explained that my trailer is in Port Townsend. The dealer's service department told me that I could bring it to Auburn. I asked if it was reasonable to expect me to haul the trailer 120 miles for a recall. The service person I spoke with said it was my only option. I asked if he could check with someone else to come up with a more reasonable solution. After all, the issue is with the break away safety switch. Pulling the trailer long distances doesn't seem prudent. The service person told me he didn't need to speak with anyone else. That was my only option. I can't recommend doing business with these folks. read more

I had some issues (not with the RV) on our maiden voyage and Brad and John both were on the phone with me trouble shooting. The R Pod is awesome and we just book installation for our Slide Out Topper to get installed. The are 3 weeks out in service but it's because they are busy. Don't buy any trailers from Poulsbo RV in Washington. Nothing but a bunch of thieves. I was talked into the extended 5 year warranty on my MAX for $5997. But, if I changed mind within the first year I could cancel it for a full refund. I found out later that Forest River offers a second year warranty extension for $200 that was not offered to me. That really pissed me off because the dealer never offered me the option, so I canceled Poulsbo's warranty. I've been fighting with them to to get my money back. So far they've written 2 checks and still owe me another $1500. The broke up their warranty under different headings in the contract and are now saying the money was for something else like the paint protection package. They acknowledged that those were the terms of the warranty but won't honor it. read more

I was past my warranty period so had to pay to fix it and got charged over 400 to change a faucet! Outrageous! Where do I start...how about with the good stuff...if you are shopping, they have a large lot with many units to look at. The sales person had great follow up and wasn't too pushy. But the prices were off the charts so we shopped around...we ended up buying elsewhere, and saved $50K by buying from Mike Thompson RV in Colton, CA which was recommended by friends in Tacoma. As the proud owners of a spiffy new rig, we went to PRV for warranty work after our first trip out. We made an appointment (there was a 5 week delay to get one), we took it in for the scheduled service, and then crickets...we never heard from them. Called after almost two weeks and they had actually forgotten they had our rig (huh...it's 40 feet long, how can you lose it?) After a month of inaction, we started to get frustrated. The service techs were super nice, but said they got orders on what to service and when to service it from 'management'. So we called management. On the bright side, they were direct - "we priorities new sales processing first (sell new rigs, prep them, and get them out the door), then we do service on units we've sold (but sales are good so we don't have many openings for those), then we do others (and that's you since you bought elsewhere so you should expect to wait a really long time)." Well, at least we know their MO. After two months (and daily calls), we finally picked up our rig. Off we went on trip #2. Got to a nice park on the first night out, opened the slides, and the bolts fell out...evidently they forgot the reattach the bolts that attach the slides to the frame properly. No bolts, no work....argh! So there we sat...middle of nowhere...slides out...bolts in the dirt. Sigh... So bottom line, when we bought our RV we were a little worried about storage...not to worry, just schedule your service at PRV and they will store it for you...for free! And, since the work they did needed to be redone, you'll need to go back often...which means you can get long term storage as well as short term storage. That's about the best I can say. read more

I originally purchased the vehicle from them and they have always provided me with very good service for my motorhome since. They have fairly long wait times to get in for service, unfortunately a standard of the industry, but once in, they get the work done as promised. read more

Deceptive Sales Practices: During the past few weeks I have been researching the purchase of a new class B unit. I have looked on the Internet at various dealers and the Poulsbo RV dealership had the brand I was interested in. I called and spoke to them about coming in and looking at the new Pleasureway RV's. Saturday, I arrived on site, met with the salesman and viewed the unit I was interested in. We sat and discussed trade in and finance with the boss, coming to agreement. At this point I said I wanted to take another look at the RV. On the way we passed a used unit and the salesman beckoned me to look at it. It had just come in that day from an estate, looked very clean and got my attention as it was 60 thousand less than new ($100K). After a test drive, I was sold and we discussed price and delivery. I left to work with the bank and come back the next day to purchase. That night, while looking at RV Trader, I find the EXACT UNIT advertised for sale at Poulsbo RV for $10,000 LESS then our agreed upon price. I called the dealer the next day and they gave me the run around about the price and finally agreed to sell me the unit for the RV Trader price. I realized that if they were going to cheat me out of $10,000 on the sale of a RV, they did not need my business. read more

Unethical practices. Horrible customer service. Service manager did not even listen to what we were telling him was wrong with the RV. They diagnosed it as the same problem that we stated when we brought it in and charged us $120 diagnostic fee. They tried to fix it. When the fix didn't work, they wanted to charge us another diagnostic fee for the same problem. So we asked,"if the next thing you try to fix it doesn't work are you going to charge us another diagnostic fee?" The answer was yes. And they were going to charge us another $120 diagnostic fee for each fix they tried. We told them to stop diagnosing and picked it up that day. We wont be going back. read more

We spotted an RV that we wanted to look at through RV Trader. Poulsbo RV doesn't post prices so I requested a price online using the button on the site. The following morning I received an email from their "Internet Sales Manager" saying they were "checking availability of that model". Weird! THEIR website shows that stock number at that very store. Anyway, we decided to go to the store to look at the unit and unearth the price. We were greeted by an "All RVs are locked" sign. How welcoming! You must get permission from the all powerful salesman to proceed. When I asked about the unit we were looking for (a toy hauler popup) the salesman rudely informed me that I would need to go to Tacoma to another dealer (Apache RVs) if I wanted "that type". I guess since he was dressed rather fancy, he was entitled to bristle at the thought of people getting dirty. To each his own. I have no doubts as to the legitimacy of the negative reviews on this site. I do question the positive reviews. Signs you are about to be taken to the cleaners: (1) no prices posted/no prices without name, rank and serial number. This is a way to buy time to run a credit check to see if you're worthy of their time. (2) all RVs are locked. This is a great way to direct you to the salesman that will harangue you incessantly. A sign that they don't care what you want, only what they can sell you. (3) "No salesman available" when you call. This is to get your name to perform items 1 and 2 above more efficiently. Why return a call if you don't qualify for the required fleecing? (4) disinterest in selling less expensive or used RVs. It's all about the commission. Try driving an older car in wearing work clothes. You MIGHT get the junior person...if they are feeling generous. Snooty, cutthroat salesmen will kill the deal EVERY TIME for me. They just refused the sale of an RV because they wouldn't answer my first question. read more

If I could give no stars I would! We are a young couple looking to purchase a class A, I have never been treated so poorly in my life. I felt as if I needed to give my first born to just look at their class A's. They have some ridiculous checklist asking what you are going to use the unit for, where you want to park it, what you want your payment to be etc...that they have to go over before you can even look at their units. I had a price range that I wanted to be in and a specific layout I wanted...sales guy had no idea on prices when showing units to us and kept repeating that this and that would be fixed upon the PDI inspection process. read more
