The service was awful, spent the entire trip trying to trouble shoot, lost our food twice as the fridge didn't work properly, rode 8 hours each way with no a/c two toddlers, two teenagers and my husband and myself. They wouldn't give us paperwork when we left, and I've waited a month to hear back and Sydne emails me to say there is no issue with the RV, that the condition is good just a little work but clean(will post picture of just the flooor and it's filth - which until you pulled the pop-out out you couldn't see the degree of filth), and here is nothing they can do. It was a nightmare trip and the owner was supposed to call us back and every time you try to call them he's "/"away for work and his cell isn't working right now" promise to call you back...it's fraud and I promise you - look at the other reviews (wish I did) DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THS HORRIBLE BUSINESS. We have a following into the BBB and have met with a lawyer. Hoping for other families to not have to deal with this same nightmare.

Fridge that was so small a Motel 6 fridge would be better. 80 decibels of noise during drive times as the screens and windows were basically screwed in. B) Jacked price to $455 with no notice. C) Said oh yeah we will work this out when we got back and did NOT. Kitchen set? Well you have to decide between a coffee maker or breakfast as the coffee maker has to sit on the rickety cooktop to reach a plug. No fry pan. No salt, pepper or even a dish towel. Cleaning fee? It was filthy. Linen set? Sheets that didn't fit bed and a quilt with a stain that looked like something from the "blue goo" they use for the head. And speaking of the head - how about putting sharp edges on the floor in tight spaces for maximum injury. Want pictures? I have plenty. This is greed plain and simple. What a rip off!

One call or message to Marc, and he gets things handled quickly and efficiently. He completed everything that needed to be done and took the time to explain everything to me so I understood what to watch for moving forward. What stood out most to me is how much he genuinely cares. No matter how long of a day he has had, Marc goes out of his way to make sure your RV is fixed properly so you feel safe, comfortable, and confident in your home on wheels. I have had an incredible experience with his work and would highly recommend him to anyone living the RV lifestyle. Marc is genuine, kind, hardworking, intelligent, and takes his job very seriously. It's rare to find someone who is not only skilled but also truly cares about the people he helps. If you need your RV fixed, don't hesitate to reach out to Marc -- I can confidently say he'll get the job done right and in no time!

I did quite a bit of digging for a center that specializes in RV electrical repair. We had a project that involved my replacing our old lead acid system with a much more capable and lighter LiFePo4 system. Now we are experiencing issues with the battery not getting fully charged and so I reached out. When the phone rang and the gentlemen picked up the phone, all he said was hello. I introduced myself, explained what I was looking for and asked if I called the right place. He said yep. I asked him his name and that's when it felt like it was going down hill. I should have excused myself and called elsewhere. Who sounds exasperated to have to say their own name at their own business? Anyway, I went on to explain my issue in detail, what I had done on my own to try and solve the issue and his reply was, do I want to fix it or him to do it. Again I'm thinking, sir, I came to you for help, what's with the attitude? So again, trying to be as sweet as pie so as to not upset Capt Cranky, I further explained that my vehicle, a brand new vehicle that he assumed I bought used and told me as much may not be putting out enough amps to activate an onboard charger and if this could be examined as well. His answer after learning it was a new vehicle was to take my truck back to the dealership and make them fix it. BUT! This was after asking condescending questions about why I didn't consider this variable and mitigate that. I told him that I just didn't know anymore. I've reached the end of my ability to problem solve and I wanted an expert to help at this point and that's why I was calling him. That's when he tells me that I need to bring my RV to his shop in Marysville (not Redmond), and that he needs actual time to solve the issue in its entirety and to make sure I allow for that at $160/hr. I'm thinking, ok, steep, but probably worth it....until he said this....and if you have a budget of about $300 which it sounds like you do, I'm not gonna look at it. At this point I told the gentlemen I'm done being berated and talked down to and this was a huuuge mistake calling his shop much less staying on the phone with this jacka$$. He hung up the phone and then texted me saying the call got dropped. Ok buddy. Save your money folks. There are other shops willing to make you feel like you called the right place. Clearly not Pacific RV.

A Plus Mobile Mechanic Service - My truck sitting on Jack stands now almost three months after I hired Todd with A-Plus Mobile Mechanic.

This is not to say work is inexpensive, we're talking automobiles after all, but he is less expensive than the dealerships and he comes to you. Gotta like that! I've had him work on 36' RV, upon which he's given a full engine tune-up, completely bled the brake lines, service the gas tank and oil reservoir, and the generator. Runs better than it ever has. I couldn't be happier. He has also worked on my wife's 2006 Mazda. She broke down on Alaska Way. We towed the car home and called Todd. We talked about symptoms and agreed that the likely culprit was the alternator/voltage regulator assembly. He came with the part and knew just how to get to it, which required removing a whole bunch of stuff from under the car. He buttoned that up at like 1am. The man is dedicated. She later broke down again and since it was with my child in the car, he dropped everything to rescue her. Again he knew what it likely needed and showed up with the part to get her back on the road quickly. We later schedule service with him to do her front brakes, which he noticed were quite thin when he was doing the alternator job. The convenience of a mobile mechanic cannot be overstated. My only complaint would be that Todd isn't always super punctual. But I've gotten to know him and his situation, if you will. He's a single dad and primary caregiver to two children. His skills are in constant demand, it's difficult to say exactly how long a job will take, and there's a flood of customers vying for attention. If you can be flexible on time, he's a great option, and if you've got a legit emergency, he will be there. Otherwise, relax, he's gonna get to you and the price and convenience make it worth it. Super nice guy too, by the way.

With…read morehis history of classic cars and stories that Todd told us about his Grandparent's cars, I paid for him to rebuild my Grandma's 1956 T-Bird that I inherited when she died. It was my Grandma's pride and joy, as we told Todd all her amazing stories owning this car. 30-60 days to rebuild the engine has turned into 2 years... 2 years of an emotional lying / no show nightmare. Yes covid has played a part in some delays, but the amount of times this person has "no showed" (beyond count), moved times, showed up late (beyond count), missing parts, left after only working on the car for a minimal amount of time saying an emergency has happened is beyond belief. In December finally had to threaten to call the police to return my engine and thousands of dollars in parts. It was returned. Some work continued with a commitment to complete this job. Writing this makes me sad that I gave him so many chances. I was holding onto a dream that this person would finish a job. Todd knows the stories of what this car means and the trust that was given. When we called other mechanics explaining what has happened, no one so far will complete it not knowing what he has done. Todd has a passion for cars but obviously looking at his reviews and what he has put us through.... I am done....... Unfortunately with a car in my garage in pieces with $10,000 paid in labor / parts and no returns calls or texts. We have everything documented, calls and texts copied and would sue if there was anything to sue for. UPDATE: We've had 2 different mechanics inspect this work. So many items are installed wrong, bent, stripped screws, used parts and I bought new etc etc. Everything needs to be taken apart and redone what's not right. Devastating! I hope you sleep well at night.
