My pup's cut was nice, they did decent and what was expected for when he had matts or when I decided to groom him myself (which went poorly). I was prepared for anything since the front desk couldn't give me clear answers of how he was going to look every time I took him. My puppy is low maintenance, no health or allergy issues so far. He still looked cute when we picked him up. They also did good with our family's late senior dog. But my sister's puppy has a lot of special needs. Her care was handled quite poorly and looked nothing like herself. Honestly, after seeing the owner's response to her review, I'm not sure this place can accommodate all kinds of dogs. They seem pretty firm on the one sort of cut they offer, if you have specific expectations it might be difficult for them to meet. "Shaving that coat to reduce shedding or supposedly to keep the dog cool also eliminates that insulating layer of fur, makes the dog susceptible to heat stroke, and can result in improper hair growth and the possibility of follicle damage. I already told yall my dog has skin issues and when I brought her in November I also told yall she was having a hard time growing fur. Shes been whining and scratching more since her grooming. They are always there looking out for their boarders. The facility is climate controlled, which makes for a nice pet stay. What sold me was that they allowed us to tour the facility. Another place we looked at required a short daily window to see their facility...a red flag for me. They related that they take the dogs out five times a day for potty breaks and playtime. The kennel was not a small-crate type, but was really spacious for our pet. We boarded our dog with a friend's Yorkie and they stayed in their own space that had ample interior room; plus, the ability to go outside at their leisure to a private outdoor area. The facility was really clean, well-lit, and didn't have any bad odors. They even sent a picture and messages that our boy was doing well.

They were AMAZING from start to finish. The initial interview was thorough and you could tell that they both love animals so much. We used the Time To Pet app to keep connected while we were gone. Jessie posted an update after every visit (four times a day!) PLUS she sent 10-12 pictures and video. Hooray, it's not only convenient but she also does a great job! We have a very fury golden retriever and a wild and lovable golden doodle. They go into the truck a little matted and sometimes not smelling so fresh from playing so much and they come out transformed into show dogs. Okay, maybe not show dogs, but looking as good as they possibly can. She is great with them and I've been super happy with her expertise on knowing how to trim my golden's "feathers," (the hair that grows long on her under belly and hind legs) and give my golden doodle and much needed all over trim. You pay for convenience on this one but it is so worth it if you are a busy pet owner who can't find time to get to the groomer.
