Not only because their quote was reasonable, but Eddie, the actual owner, did the quote and was incredibly personable and respectful. He took his shoes off after leaving our dusty basement after reviewing it so that he would not track the dust into our house (without even asking)- NONE of the other representatives from the other companies did this! And there was no up selling etc. Anyway, the work itself was very well done! They were timely, courteous, and explained what they will be doing and even explained what they did after. They also offer a 10 day warranty if you weren't happy with the cleaning and would come back which is incredibly nice!
