Open junctions, inoperable outlets and switches, questionable wiring, and unfinished projects: these are some of the trappings of owning an older home. Paul came out to do an estimate on our project. I had the project bid by multiple companies. Winner's attitude, willingness to take on the project, and prompt follow up with a quote earned them the job. We had a scheduling mishap, but I won't take stars off for that. It was resolved quickly. I am super happy with the work completed. The electricians came out and worked most of the day in all areas of my home. They replaced breakers, outlets, switches, and resolved loose and unsafe wiring that was downstairs and in my garage. Winner answered my questions, and if something didn't seem right, they worked together to find the root cause of the issue rather than applying a workaround. I was so happy with the work completed, that I hired Winner back a second time, a couple weeks later, to complete the wiring to an outbuilding and reconfigure the wiring in my garage. That work was largely completed Friday - waiting on a part to finish up a couple aspects, but I'm happy with this work as well. I would use their services again, and I would recommend to others.

I was immediately impressed that both Eddie and Garrett were incredibly knowledgeable about the end to end process and there was no pressure whatsoever about making a decision. They took the time to explain the process, materials, timelines to expect, costs, and rebates available and were always available via both email and phone for follow up questions as I became comfortable with their company. I took 6 weeks to get quotes and ask questions from 4 different companies, and ultimately, I chose PowerNW because of the personal attention I felt Garrett would provide to ensure a great experience. Price - they were very competitive and made sure I understood the impacts of both the Oregon Energy Trust rebate and the Federal Tax Credit. Communication - this was a key deal maker. They were always available to answer questions. They called ahead to confirm appointments and arrival times during installation and inspections. Our whole experience with Power NW was excellent. It began with our sales rep Dan who scoped the system to maximize our system efficiency, to our project manager Lance who managed all the planning, through to the professionalism of the install team. One installer, Nick went above and beyond. While prepping our roof for the install, he swept moss off the whole North side of our roof even though it was not having panels installed there. He even cleaned up all the moss that fell in the neighbors yard. I was planning on doing that myself after they were complete but this is the kind of service that Power NW provided. That was a relief as the other place wanted to send a structural engineer to do that very simple job and charge us for it. Ridiculous. Our project was two years, so the crew may be slightly different, but they were great. When there was an issue, like that we didn't have electrical grounding, they just put in grounding bars. Amazing! They offer production guarantees which is rare for a solar company, like those ones that come door to door. lol A and R was professional, easy to work with and easy to communicate with.
