Be very careful paying this business upfront, they will try to upsell you when they can't deliver on services you already paid for.

Had a big problem with the person Sal sent over today. The guy did not speak ONE single word of English. Do you think that may cause communication problems? I could tell that he had never worked on a Tesla door panel before. He looked at it, puzzled at several different stages. When done, I needed to take a photo of the sticker on the glass so that I could prove it was the correct replacement type. The guy started peeling it off, and I said ALTO. I wanted to take a photo of the sticker. He cracked a smirk and then kept ripping it off.. Then I asked the guy for an invoice/receipt, and he just pointed at his phone. I asked them to send someone over with an invoice so I could pay them. The next person shows up and speaks at least very little English. Hands me a receipt now with tax added. Then he did not want my check. Then, to find out that it was indeed the wrong kind of glass. No wonder Jose ripped the sticker off as I was trying to take a photo of it. What an unnecessarily stressful experience. If you are too lazy to learn the language of the country you are working in, how are people supposed to have confidence in your professional skills? Second time using JC Mobile Auto Glass, and I have nothing but good things to say…read more At some point, the windshield on my 2026 Toyota Corolla took a rock strike near the lower edge of the glass, close to the frame, without me even realizing it. I drove to Los Angeles and parked in a covered garage on a humid day. When I parked, there was no visible crack. However, when I returned about four hours later, a crack had propagated approximately 12-14 inches up the windshield. My best guess is that the combination of temperature, humidity, and pressure changes caused the damage to spread. I called JC Mobile Auto Glass on a Thursday around 4:00 PM. They ordered the replacement windshield from San Bernardino and had it delivered to their High Desert shop by 9:00 AM the following morning. They gave me a two-hour service window (9:00-11:00 AM), and the technician arrived at my home right on schedule. The technician was very conscientious when working around the plastic trim surrounding the Toyota Safety Sense front-facing camera. Those components can be fragile, but he took his time, carefully removed the original windshield, and professionally installed the new one in just under 45 minutes. The workmanship was excellent, and he treated the vehicle with care throughout the installation. I was very satisfied with both the price and the service. The convenience of having a technician come directly to my home, especially at such a reasonable price, made the experience even better. The new windshield looks fantastic, and I wouldn't hesitate to use JC Mobile Auto Glass again. Great work, JC!

Years ago I had to replace my windshield in Orange County and a company named Atlas Auto Glass did an outstanding job. When I called the owner here in Redlands at this location if he was related I came to find out his son owned the Orange County location. Right then and there already knew I was in good hands. The owner came out and repaired my windshield and did an outstanding job despite my car having a tinted windshield.
