LONG STORY SHORT, I've been through HVAC hell, and finally decided to go with a new, local company with stellar reviews that recognized my system's warranty. Mario came to inspect the system, identified the repairs that needed to be made, was in and out within 2 hours only a day after I requested service, and not even $500 later I'm enjoying a cool, air-conditioned home. Extra points for not trying to upsell me on an entirely new system (lol - happened to me twice since buying my home, neighbors actually warned me about non-local HVAC companies), AND I can safely say that when I DO eventually need a new HVAC system, I'll be going with Manny's. But since the original construction of my home had a poor central AC vent design and no kitchen exhaust vent, there were major temperature differences throughout the house. Edison and his team came back several times over the past year and in stages helped me install 2 new HVAC vents and a kitchen exhaust vent, and now every square inch of my home is cool and comfortable.
