I can honestly say they are completely deserving of those reviews. From getting in touch promptly and setting up the date and the logistics, to showing up early on the day of the move. They wrapped my furniture and loaded their truck rapidly, efficiently and carefully. I joked with the guys that they should change their name to Speedloaders because they worked so quickly. I was very impressed. They all showed up wearing masks and took the pre cautions you would want during Covid. From the moment I first asked for a quote, the owner was very professional, well organized and friendly. He contacted me several times prior to my move to let me know how the move was to be organized, asked me if I needed anything special in the way of coverings, etc. and advised me that they were on top of everything. The 3 men that were responsible to move our items were very prompt and phoned me 30 minutes prior to their arrival. Their lead, was very professional, friendly, polite and personable. They are following COVID protocols as well. Felt very safe. They were very fast, and very careful to wrap up all of our furniture with blankets and tape. The move went so quickly and they placed all of our furniture exactly as we wanted it on the other end. They also offered to set up our beds. I hired the PowerLoader team to help move my grandparents from a five-bedroom house into a one-bedroom apartment in a senior living facility. They worked quickly and efficiently and completed the job in just over three hours, in spite of the fact that they had a tricky path up to my grandparents' apartment in a cramped elevator. I was so impressed, I hired them the following week to help move some of my grandparents' things into storage. Not only did they help with that, but they were willing to make an extra stop at Goodwill to move several very large pieces of furniture to donate. They even had to fight a huge amount of traffic because of the upcoming Hurricane Irma, but still got the job done in just over two hours. I highly recommend PowerLoaders. If I could put negative stars I would. This scumbag Alvaro was hired to do a job at civic towers. Which he did turns out peoples things were broken, missing, or water damaged from the storm. And can you believe this guy returned my stuffed ruined and refused to replace it, he said my only option were to have cleaned that was a no because they were beyond just getting them cleaned. He even said I was harassing him and was willing to call the police lol. Instead of being a professional and handling his business like a man he ran he even went as far as to change his number and not respond to anything even called me blocked to tell me about some bogus law that doesn't exist. I hate moving! With that said, I feel compelled to give a big thank you to Power Loaders. From the first call, Alvaro was so helpful. It was easy to make an appointment for him to come and give a very accurate estimate as far as cost and approximate time the move would take. There are a lot of moving parts when you're moving from one high-rise to another- from scheduling elevators at both locations, coordinating with moving company, having said moving company submit their liability insurance information to both buildings, packing, etc. The day of the move went very smooth. The three movers were helpful from the moment they arrived and it was clear they were very experienced. I used Power Loaders to move from a 40x10 storage facility (roughly four garages) to a 2 bedroom apartment while our home is being worked on. I met the owner Alvaro for the initial consult and he was very proactive and was super at communication (texts, calls etc....) before and after. The Power Loaders team that arrived was professional and on time. My last move I had movers that were completely high and vaping every 5 minutes...the smell of marijuana reeked during the move and after. These guys were the polar opposite. The team was super polite and all 4 men were complete gentlemen. During the move they did not argue or impose their experience about what I needed but made suggestions which were invited. If you live in Brickell or big building condo in Miami you should really consider to hire this company. They are super professional, I called and the actual owner talked with me patiently and explained the whole process (they speak both english and spanish) They have experience working in Brickell so they know how that works (sending insurance, truck sizes). The assistant that called was also very helpful and I had real time communication with the owner during the service. The actual guys that did the service were friendly and professional. There were no issues at all. They used protection pads for the delicate objects (tv, furniture). I would used them again and recommend them to my friends and they only charged for the actual time they are working. read more

I have moved 5 times in the last 5 years. The last two moves have been within Miami and both times I have used Power loaders. The price was below what I expected for the first time I used them 1 year ago and this year they gave me the same price knowing that the scope of the work would be the same. Alvaro was very responsive via email and the crew both times were excellent - very professional and took very good care to make sure nothing was damaged. The last move a few days ago was into a new house that had just been painted and there was not a single blemish or scratch that was left in the house after having moved in heavy furniture and countless boxes. This service had a quick response time, understood the particular situation I was in, moving one sofa from Key Biscayne to Miami Lakes, and worked w/me on dates and times. They offered a very reasonable rate including taking away a love seat. Side note: willing to work w/me in moving a piano upstairs at a later date. The day before the move, he called to make sure everything was as we planned and he provided the insurance certificates required by the old and new buildings for the move. I had a move that I was absolutely dreading, and my anxiety was through the roof. Alvaro was very responsive, and very patient with me. Silvia was also really great with getting my move confirmed , and made sure I knew everything I needed to know. Marcelo, Juan, and Juan Luis were great. Excellent service. The movers showed up right on time and started working right away. They were very professional and efficient. Our move was a little rushed so I did not have things packed fully but they helped tape boxes. They wrapped all furniture pieces in blankets and plastic wrap and were very careful with everything. They also disassembled and assembled furniture at new house with no issues. The rep who helped set everything up prior to the move was also very helpful and professional. I had a great experience with Powerloaders. The fees are very reasonable especially for a three person crew, as most companies only provide a two person crew. Alvaro, the manager, also came with the crew so there were four people in total helping with the move. They did such a great job getting everything in quick- this move was the least stressful part of changing apartments. Whenever I move out of my new place I will definitely be calling Alvaro again. The only thing I was unhappy with is that I was not given a call the morning of the move to confirm that the team was on its way, but they did arrive on time and the move went extremely smoothly. read more

They did not even bother to respond instead they decide to give my information to someone else because they were not available on the date that I had mention on my voice message. Customer service advise from a business owner: You should call your client back and check if maybe the date is flexible which in my case it is.
