The staff handling the coordination of the move were very nice. They were a bit pricey but did a good job. They sent three men and a very nice big truck and helped us move. The moving staff was on time, friendly and they hustled. They did not take advantage of the time so as to bill more. They did a fine job protecting the furniture. They got the job done right. I have a very bad experience with them, they moved my stuff to a storage, they where stuff they forgot to bring, like a big ladder???? I remember, they didn't, so they brought it when I told them, then weeks pass and I realized lot of stuff where stolen, or lost ? don't know...probably because t was in storage, a full collection of Star Wars movies, and my sons games and other small things that you notice when time pass, so I would NOT recommend them read more

The guys themselves were very nice but I was very underwhelmed and frustrated by the experience. Our furniture was not wrapped in blankets and most pieces were not wrapped in protective plastic so a number of our items were gouged and scratched up during the move. We lost several pieces off of different furniture items (such as wheels, screws, adjustable feet on shelving units) and some items were broken and just had to be discarded. The wooden bed frame has huge scratch marks and rough spots now, created either during disassembly/assembly or in the truck. They put the mattresses on the ground and attempted to move before I stopped and insisted that they be wrapped as to not get dirty. The truck itself was packed in a haphazard fashion resulting in crushed boxes and contributing to the complaints above - they stacked furniture on top of each other (ex. they put my outdoor grill on top of an antique chest turned on its side, supported by boxes, etc). They also couldn't fit everything in the truck, despite having someone come by in the weeks before to quote the move (and we had even downsized some of our larger possessions between the quote and move!!). When there was stuff that wouldn't fit in the truck, they just left it there and said we were responsible for finding a way to move it ourselves even though we were paying for a "full move". The move lasted 11.5 hours. To give you an idea of our furniture situation, we had one full bedroom, no dining room furniture, a couch and two recliners, and two home offices worth of furniture. Of course we had all the sundry items that come with 2 adults in a house, but we moved all the computer equipment, piano, tvs, electronics and also took full car loads of items each time we went to the new house prior to the move. Everything was boxed and organized for the day of the move. And it still took almost 12 full hours. The guys worked hard, but obviously they needed between equipment, or more people, or something. I've had to move a lot in my life and this was by far, above and beyond, the worst experience with the most damage. It's just frustrating because you work hard for what you have and to have it damaged and looking crappy is just disheartening. read more

Two out of three guys did a great job. One guy kept dropping things which was fine because they weren't fragile what he dropped but unprofessional. The last straw was when he was putting on a draw he just jammed it in and messed up the pin on the rails. The other guys bend it back but it has problems closing now. read more

I have moved over 12 times in the last 35 years (22 yrs of military moves) and I have never had a better moving experience. Very polite and efficient men showed up to move me from Miami to Ocala. I had said that I would be all packed and ready to go. I mostly was. When I said I had all the boxes (lots) packed but that I did not tape the top of many of them yet and that my long, dirty and tangled hose had not been disconnected or wound up. They were quickly all over it taking care of the hose and taping up the boxes ten times faster than I could have. I had called a few places with the highest yelp reviews for estimates and his price was similar or lower than most. Alvaro was very nice to work with and when I could not find one small piece to a metal headboard I called him to ask him to check the back of the truck, he called me back right away to tell me that he had just called the men who moved me and they knew exactly where in my house they had put it. It is obvious to me that he expects a lot of his workers also as they were super nice and efficient and when I asked something of them such as wrapping both beds in some special bags that I bought I never got anything but a positive response from them. They did take super good care of all my stuff and had a huge amount of very clean blankets with them unlike my past moving experience of a few filthy blankets haphazardly tossed over a few select pieces of furniture. Not one thing dented, scraped, scratched or broken. More importantly when I moved into my Miami house 4 years ago a different moving company did an incredible amount of damage to the walls in the stairway and hallways moving my furniture in. I had huge scrapes everywhere to the extent that I needed to fill large grooves and could not match the paint color well and had to spend 2 days painting the entire staircase and hallway. Powerloaders did not leave one mark or even a dirty handprint ANYWHERE in the Miami home I just moved out of or the Ocala home I just moved into. It was nice with all the stress and work that comes with moving not to have to worry about losing part of your deposit as a renter because of damage or starting out in a new home or apartment with damaged walls. I do not speak Spanish. 2 of the 4 moving men spoke English very well and the other 2 spoke some so this was not a problem. I just can't say enough good things to say about this company. My experience over the 4 years I have lived in Miami has been that most businesses are lacking in customer service, However Alvaro knows how to treat his customers and it makes all the differences. read more

I gave the company five stars because they were quick to respond to every phone call. They also were accommodating when I needed to move up my day. I love that they charge a flat rate for unloading my pod that was delivered from out-of-state. Three guys unloaded a 16 foot pod in just over two hours including putting together a dining room set and headboard. They were very polite professional and friendly and I would recommend them to anyone. While I don't plan to move anytime soon I would surely hire them again when I leave this location. read more

They were Punctual 3 guys were able to do the move in the approved 3 hour time with no extra charges for wrapping and packaging glass items or fabric furniture. Did a move in the summer of 2016 and was quite nervous. Powerloaders packed the whole apartment and sent 3 people to do the packing plus 4 to do the moving for a two bedroom- very efficient. They moved me into my apartment the next day. There was an issue where my glass coffee table shattered even though I was specific about how it should be wrapped. They accepted responsibility right away and immediately worked on the paperwork to replace it. Even though this was a very expensive item, powerloaders was very professional and personally hand delivered a replacement table two weeks later. We had a pretty complicated move where various pieces of furniture had to be hoisted from a ground floor patio up to second floor balcony due to the fact that our home has a small spiral staircase. I called almost a dozen different movers to make sure we had a company that was qualified and ready to handle the project. The movers hoisted a two beds, a desk, a large cabinet, and a couch without any damages or issues!
