Then when i get there the head mechanic tells me he has never seen my ski and they didnt even prep it before sale... they sold me a jetski they've never even checked over. 12k. MINUS FIVE HUNDRED STARS: After making sure twice and being assured that the Vitacci Jaguar off road go kart was available i paid with debit which is like cash, i was very excited about my purchase. A couple days later i was contacted and told that the Vitacci Jaguar was sold out. They pulled a bait and switch which was a total let down, i was really disappointed and sad. It is almost impossible to reach anyone by phone after you have paid as their answering system is a fraud. Then i was contacted and told that they did have it so i was excited again. After receiving the kart by freight i did not know what to expect. When item arrived the invoice said that it was a vitacci Jaguar but it was not, it was a cheap version of a kiddo batman brand, beware of this company as a matter of fact do not trust them or even attempt to buy anything from them. The people (when i ordered) over the phone sounded like they were from India. I found out the hard way that they are liars, scammers and a big fraud. The proof is in the pudding, i should have checked their ratings first instead of jumping the gun. Better do your homework first and even if you have to pay a little more for not being scammed and ripped of it is well worth it. Do not be fooled by their colorful website that is a fraud. Now if you still choose to buy from them after reading this review and get ripped off and scammed then you cannot say that you were not warned. read more

This place is terrible!!! Customer service is terrible!! Promised repairs on a used bike were not done when we went to pickup the bike! They screwed up our original purchase order and tried to charge us for 3 fees that didn't apply to us! They rewrote a new purchase order and we all signed and left with the bike. About a month later we got a phone call that we owed them almost $600 more because they screwed up the agreed upon purchase order and didn't apply the correct taxes. But they had us this time.....they had our title and would not release it to the bank until we paid this money. So I am getting the word out to other would be victims of this place. DO NOT shop here! Sales Staff is HORRIBLE! I have never been treated so poorly by a sales person! I have purchased several leisure/recreational vehicles in my life. As a consumer making these purchases, I do quite a bit of research prior to my purchase. When I walk into a showroom, I do not deserved to be spoken to in condescending attitude and treated like I am a complete IDIOT. I ask questions because I want more detail and safety ratings, warranty's, and consumer value are important to me and my family. My family and I had decided to purchase a specific model and had cash in hand to purchase when we encountered Bill. After a mere 5 minutes of speaking to him and his lack of professionalism, I made the decision I would rather drive over 2 hours to purchase than to deal with him! If you can't tell me why I should purchase from you, I have to raise an eyebrow. Don't assume just because I walk into your showroom, I have to buy from you! In this case, I turned around and drove out of state ended up purchasing a 4 wheeler and a Snowmobile. This is the second time I have had to deal with Bill. The only reason I came back a second time was, your facility being close. This is a mistake I will NEVER make again. His lack of enthusiasm, demeanor towards customers, knowledge of specs, and attitude is poor. The worst customer service I have ever encountered. I bought a new VX cruiser from J and J last year. I used the PWC one season (Mid May 2015-Sept 2015). At the beginning of the 2016 season around June I noticed the stitching was coming unraveled where the driver sits. I took the seat back to good old J & J and guess what? Customer NO service. J & J "claimed" they sent photos and the correct paperwork to Yamaha for a warranty claim. After some time I called J & J inquiring about my seat and J & J stated this was cosmetic and Yamaha refused to accept the seat as a warranty claim. Puzzled (Mind you by friend bought the same PWC and his seat is also coming unraveled) I asked J & J to give me the number to Yamaha. J & J said "you can look up the number yourself in your owners manual". I guess J & J are to busy to help out a customer with a phone number.... SO I called Yamaha assuming I was in for a fight. Yamaha advised me that J & J did not submit the paperwork correctly. Additionally Yamaha said this is an on going issue and insisted this WAS an approved warranty claim. Yamaha went so far as to call J & J on my behalf to set them straight. So,,,, the new skin is finally delivered to J & J in Huron roughly one month later. I called J & J attempting to set up an appointment to replace my seat skin and the not so friendly sales person tells me it will take under one week to replace my seat skin. At this point I have little to no confidence in J & J. I confirmed one week right to the service employee and his reply was "usually". With my not so great experience so far with J & J I asked the service man if I could bring the seat in mid October and the end of my season with the mind set if the seat takes 2 or 3 weeks I could care less. The service man said, no, I need it this week. Then the service man said "do whatever you want and we will cross that bridge when we come to it". He went on to say Yamaha only authorized the repair for a short period of time, albeit Mr. Service man did not know for how long the repair was authorized. SO again I call Yamaha and AGAIN Yamaha had to call J & J and set them straight. Yamaha actually agreed with my game plan in waiting until the season is over to avoid any undo headaches. When I called J & J back to set this up they actually hung up on me. Thank you Yamaha for mitigating my situation with J & J in Huron. read more
