Kyle Probst and his team assuaged all of our fears almost from the start. Clearly they know what they're doing. Kyle's winsome time spent with us talking about our home and their approach, the estimate process, communication even while I was overseas, and the constant attentiveness was confidence building. They took extra care in the preparation since that makes all the difference in the quality of a house painting project. Kyle was patient and extremely helpful in color selection and even put various colors on the wall for my wife to select. From the prep work all the way through to the final cleanup, the paint crew was exceptional in their attentiveness to detail. I am grateful that Kyle was willing to work with us to save money, especially on some ways to preserve wood that wasn't as expensive as replacing. Luis was the consistent painter throughout the project and he was positive, always affirming, and very diligent. Miguel, Raul, and the others all worked very hard. It's obvious that not only is the whole team committed to high-quality work, but also they exhibit an exceptional work ethic that is refreshing and restores our confidence greatly. We deeply appreciated their respect for our property and they took care of our things carefully. I had no concern when I needed to leave the house, even leaving the doors unlocked so they could do what they needed to do with the door frames and edges. I highly recommend premier painting. We are so glad we chose Premier Painting over the lower priced companies that quoted a faster/cheaper price. One company said they would have our home repaired, prepped, and painted in three days. Premier Painting did stucco repair and wood replacement to our house. Kim did the work for us and he was always on time and completed the work as scheduled, staying with it until the job was finished (three days). He was professional, detail oriented, and was customer friendly. He explained all the work to be done and kept us updated on the progress. He worked hard and did a great job answering our questions and cleaning up our property after the job was completed. The results were wonderful and just what we wanted. I hired PPC to paint the exterior of our two-story home and couldn't have been happier with the results. The job took a total 9 business days and that includes touch ups and clean ups, Tim showed up to the job site every day, his workers were there on time at around 7-730AM and did a full days worth of work. Kyle recently completed a job which included quite a bit of outdoor, backyard woodwork (deck, railings, trellis, etc.). When this was complete he and his crew painted 80% of our indoor space including walls, ceilings, doors, trim, pantry (whew - big job!), kitchen walls, bathroom walls and more. He is VERY professional and respectful of the homeowner. He has a talent for color selection and color placement. His attention to detail is as good as it gets. The painting of our home exterior was completed 5/25/19, so I'm writing this review because it was an awesome experience and fresh in my thoughts. Kyle is an expert at what he does. He has a knack for color palettes and really guides the homeowner in making the right choices for the stucco, trim, gates etc. He chooses high quality paint and paints samples before choices are made. Since we hadn't had our home painted in years, we appreciated the power washing which eliminated so much dirt. He also completed a week of prep work before even starting to paint. I have always obtained several estimates, I was fed up with painters showing up at my home with paint all over their trucks knowing this would be the service I would get on my home and charging crazy prices all over the place. In August 2019, we had PPC Premier Painting Inc. paint the exterior of our home. They were here a total of six workdays. Every day, two workers showed up promptly at 7:30am and worked until 3pm. Tim (owner) was always here in the morning to ensure they had what they needed and provided guidance on what needed to be done each day. Tim was also here a lot throughout the day working along with the other two. We are very pleased with the end result. They did a lot of extras that I wasn't expecting, including pressure spraying all of our stucco which now looks clean and consistent around the house (our quote only included all wood trim, three iron gates, prep/paint one exterior French door and one exterior regular door, repair cracks & paint stucco above the garage door and prep/paint the backyard patio). He even had them prep and paint our sectional steel garage door because he wanted everything to look fresh and perfect. In many sun exposed areas, they painted three coats. After initial contact they(Kyle) promptly provided us with a detailed quote and after acceptance, they completed all listed items - and no additional charges for all of the extras they did. On the last day they were here, Tim went around the entire house with his workers and pointed out any remaining minor details that needed to be done. I live in San Antonio Heights in Upland and see their trucks around here quite a bit. We needed stucco repair and some paint. My wife actually called and the price and what was included was great so I said pull the trigger. I then met Tim and immediately felt this guy is going to do a great job.
