It traces its heritage back to the mid 1870s when Joseph Steffens was the owner. Joseph lived at the corner of 16th an H. In the mansion that he would sell to the State to become the Governors Mansion. I have been very happy with their service for the last 45 years. Great and knowledgeable staff. we use contractors warehouse as our main store for remodeling our home, but have come across…read moreconstant issues with returns. we have two locations near us, one further then the other. we tend to go to the watt ave location but were in the area of citrus heights. decided to return something there and they declined the return and said that the item is not in stock, which is a complete lie because I walked to the item after I was told this. They simply did not want to take the return because it was a different location. That is unprofessional and not how business should be done.
