Nice enough, but as people point out, definitely not a plumber, and doesn't really know what is going on with the plumbing outside of being able to snake a drain. If there is any possibility that there could be something else complicating the issue beyond the really simple and straight forward stuff, you are much better off getting a plumber out first and not wasting time with That Drain Guy. If I knew I had a clog and simply needed a drain snaked out, I would not hesitate to call him. He seems to get a bit confused at times, but as a bonus - he is quick and responsive. read more

I live in a very old house which oddly doesn't have issues too often. My toilet hasn't been flushing very well and I've got a couple of slow drains. I don't have a plumber so I started looking on Yelp and reading reviews. Louis is great! He answered the phone when I called and was at my rental property within 3 hours to take a look at a possible main line backup causing toilet issues in the unit. He showed up on time with a clean van, and an impressive trailer containing new top of the line equipment. We discussed pricing on potential scenarios over the phone before he arrived, and his rates were very reasonable compared to other quotes I received. When he arrived, the obstruction had cleared itself. He looked over everything and tested the toilet and recommended that I just wait and see if the issue resurfaces. Our shower/tub drain suddenly stopped working in the midst of extremely cold and snowy weather. Louis responded right away, was super easy to communicate with, and willing to come out, despite the weather. He was able to make it to our house same day, whereas other companies were offering appointments days out.
