Eric arrived on time and performed both services in a timely fashion. The units were in decent shape, but the flush of the water heater proved the necessity of annual maintenance for enhancing the reliability of the critical systems. Eric explained everything he was doing and meticulously fine combed through both units. Due to Eric's continued excellence (this was the 3rd time he was here), I plan on maintaining the 'Comfort Club' annual plan with J.A. Bertsch.

They first blew off the morning installation, said they'd be there "between 1-3pm". I adjusted my schedule. Not a word by 3:30pm. So I called. Then it was "we'll be there soon".
