Don't bother. Apparently their reputation for good service belonged to the previous general manager and when he retired full time to his farm he took it with him. I had a narrow time frame to get some long overdue work done on my car so I made an appointment online for a full tune-up and several secondary issues that needed addressing. A week before the scheduled day I called to confirm (just in case) and sure enough they were aware of no such appointment. So I remade the appointment and reiterated what needed to be done. I arrived to drop my car to find they had only scheduled me for the most minor of the secondary issues. Once more I explained what I needed and signed an authorization for the tune-up to be done, along with an inspection to generate an estimate for the other remaining issues. My car sat untouched for six days until at the end of that last day they finally did the inspection and generated the additional quote yet, never bothered to even begin the tune-up. Turns out they had gotten "too busy" to provide the promised service at the scheduled time and apparently also too busy to tell me so and allow me to reschedule or take my car elsewhere. They attributed it all to "miscommunication" implying that I misunderstood them and not the other way around. They were kind enough to not charge me for the inspection that their website says are free, all the while denying it says so, as if they were doing me a favor. I couldnt be more happy with this particular service we had done to our Car . I ABSOULETLY love my new LED head lights that I had Prairie Road put in my car. The service from Aaron & Caleb was terrific as usual , the guys there are always pleasant and helpful. They went over and beyond !!! I took my car here and will never go back. I needed an alternator and they quoted me $631!! They also said I needed a radiator flush, had a water pump leak and needed an oil change. I just had an oil change a month ago. All work for just under $1000. I had it checked by somebody else and only needed the alternator. Got it fixed for $280 out the door with a lifetime warranty!! read more

More and more, this is our go-to place for car stuff in Eugene. We like everything about them except the cost, which always seems a little (sometimes a lot) more than we had expected/hoped. But that's usually because they find things (like preventive maintenance, or things that are cheaper to deal with while the engine's already torn down) that we didn't know about/weren't taking care of. So that's a good thing. They are quick, professional, and good at explaining what's wrong, how to fix it, and what it costs. TIP - because they are popular, they are busy. It often takes several days to get the car into the shop. read more

I recently took my 2003 Jeep Wrangler in to have the clutch/throw-out bearing replaced. They went to great lengths to make sure quality parts were used (three different fly-wheels they ordered contained hot-spots or poor/rough surfacing.) Thats correct bill there was only one leak. It was leaking out if one place under the drivers side door. When I told your "mechanics" that it smelt like antifreeze and my vents were streaming when i pulled in your lot. (I believe i told you as well) that should have given you a clue that it was in fact the heater core. The person who called me to discuss the situations that arose saying "they think" it will fix the problem and "they were waiting of a fax from ford" i should've known better. You should have known what the problem was if you say your guys have so much experience. Upon me getting my truck back my door locks did not work yes i went elsewhere to get that fixed and you agreed to pay for that which is appreciated;however my wire should not have been cut in the first place. Again lack of training. Sorry the truth hurts. read more
