She started the appointment by asking about my skin concerns, allergies, and any products I'm currently using, which made me feel really comfortable and cared for. The express facial with dermaplane that I booked via Classpass was about 30 minutes - quick, efficient, and perfect if you're short on time. I walked out with such a fresh, glowing face! Perla even gave me a sample of one of the products she used since my skin responded really well to it, which I appreciated. They carry full-size versions of their skincare products, so it's easy to pick something up at the front desk if you like what was used during your treatment. P.S.: try the ANFISA ceramide packed lipgloss (that they just got in) and thank me and Perla later! The location is further north in town with easy parking, which is always a plus. Inside, it's well-decorated with a clean, minimal aesthetic that feels calm and inviting. They always have little treats and candy out for customers, a nice touch. I received a confirmation/reminder the evening before, clearly confirming that my appointment was at 7:00 AM at the Summerlin location. I live in the Henderson area, but I specifically chose the Summerlin office because my dermatology appointment was scheduled there. Since it is about a 40-minute drive each way from my home, I woke up and got ready before 5:00 AM so that I could leave early and arrive on time. I arrived at the office around 6:30 AM, only to find the doors locked and a sign stating that the office hours were 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM. I tried calling the office even though it was not yet open, but the call went to an automated answering system. After waiting a few minutes, I received a last-minute message saying that my appointment needed to be rescheduled because no one was at the office. At that point, I had no choice but to leave. Shortly afterward, I received a call from someone I believe was from the front desk, who apologized for the scheduling mistake and asked if I wanted to reschedule. I appreciate the apology, but I am extremely disappointed with how this was handled. How can a patient be scheduled for a 7:00 AM appointment when the office does not open until 7:30 AM? This was not a minor inconvenience. I spent considerable time getting ready before 5:00 AM, drove approximately 40 minutes each way, and arrived 30 minutes early, only to discover that the office was closed and that my appointment had been scheduled outside of the stated business hours. This was a very frustrating and disappointing experience. I feel that my time was not respected, and the situation was extremely unprofessional. I hope the office takes steps to prevent this kind of scheduling error from happening to other patients in the future.

I've had a nail tech not be there because they did a beverage run. Since it was 15 mins past my appointment I left and just went to work. No discount even for my next appointment. I also was sent a text to change my appointment that I made weeks in advance for a vacation, to come in the day before. Other nail techs I didn't even see the following visit because they had quit already. And even had my appointment cancelled one day because it was booked wrong by the front desk. When I addressed this with the owner she laughed it off like it wasn't a problem & blamed the young staff she hired. Well then be more selective or do proper training. Next.... I had recently lost my hairdresser of 14 yrs so decided to give their salon a shot. Within one week my highlights had faded. I reached out to the salon and was told that happens with bold colors. That never happened with my old hairdresser. So I went in and had it redone. I was told this was a courtesy, one time only to redo. The second time it was done I had the same issue. It was the cheap products the salon uses. Now I'm having to do extra treatments done to my hair to get it back to healthy. You get what you pay for here.
