I'm so disappointed in Teleflora and contracted florist. What was ordered and what was actually delivered was embarrassing to say the least. Not only did the arrangement look sad...they didn't even deliver as requested. I placed the order on a Wednesday for a Friday delivery. Called Teleflora TWICE to cancel since the delivery never made it as requested. I then get a notification from the recipient that it was delivered...on Tuesday. I explained to her that I live in Encino and wanted to brighten up my grandma's day during these difficult and confusing times. Not only did Laura put together the most beautiful basket I've ever gifted my mama...she genuinely listened to my heart just wanting to touch my grandma through a delivery done with LOVE. I do not recommend this florist. Due to the passing of a dear client to see the delivery driver dump these off at the mailbox without ever checking to see if we got them and they were found by a neighbor dead and with no water. I called and spoke with someone who said she would call back and so far has not made good on that. I will Also report to 1-800 florist and FTD to make sure they know what this florist does. Horrible horrible horrible! I ordered a bouquet through Avas and they unfortunately contracted with this florist. I guess they didn't bother to read these Yelp reviews or they hopefully would have gone with someone different. As with the other reviewers, what I ordered and what was delivered were completely different. Destiny's did not contact Avas to let them know they were unable to fulfil the order but decided a cheap supermarket version would suffice. It was supposed to make valentines day special and they ruined everything. It was their biggest bouquet with assorted flowers on top of the different roses. AVOID!! I should've read reviews before ordering with them. I figured I would support a small business during this pandemic instead of a large retail florist. Biggest mistake of my life. I placed an order, they delivered it a day early and to top it off I ordered a "16 premium rose" arrangement. I only received 11. I called to complain, the lady said to call back the next day because it was closed. I asked what time they opened she said 10:00am. So I called again and she never answered. Things went bad when my son had ordered an arrangement from an online florist that had submitted it to Destiny's in Salinas. The arrangement was different from what my son had ordered through no fault of Destiny's however they were quick to replace it with a beautiful arrangement far exceeding our expectations. We received several arrangements from various flower shops this week, due to a death in our family. The arrangement delivered from this place did not have a card stating who sent them attached to the bouquet, and so I called the number from the delivery person to ask who sent them, the voice mail box was full. I then found a email address, so sent them a request to let me know who to thank, still no response after 3 days. The flowers sent were wilting within a day despite watering them regularly, so in addition to no knowledge of who sent them and who we need to thank, now we are throwing most of it away due to it being dried out. My son ordered a poinsettia for my wife and me. It was dropped near our front door sometime Sunday night. It came with broken branches, torn leaves, and blossoms full of bug holes. Called Monday. First of all, I paid for same-day delivery, which was promised to be delivered by 7pm. When 8:30pm rolled around and the flowers were still not delivered, I called to complain. They said they would try to re-deliver again the next day. I called Teleflora the day after to report that the flowers were never delivered and told them to cancel the order and issue me a refund after they were unable to get ahold of the local florist they contracted with. Two hours later I get a text from my mom that she finally received the flowers and sent me a picture. The bouquet was so skimpy even though I upgraded and paid for the deluxe. Looks like Teleflora strikes again. Ordered a sweet "deluxe" yellow rose arrangement in a smiley face cup with two balloons for 8 yo surgery. To be delivered day of May 25. Child came home, nothing. Kept checking with parents. Nothing, but I did get an email from Teleflora confirming delivery. Nothing had been delivered. Teleflora would not divulge which florist the order was sent to. So I went local and ordered from Swenson and Silacci - same arrangement was successfully delivered on 26th by S&S. Today 8 yo told us another delivery of flowers arrived yesterday, 27th. Roses in a vase (not cup) and no balloons. I don't know if Destiny's was the original contracted florist, but I haven't received any note or email to apologize from Teleflora or florist. In the meantime I have notified my bank to hold payment. read more

Here's the problem the flowers were never delivered I called 3 different times saying I just want a refund I don't want the flowers anymore each phone call lasted for over an hour. The first call they told me they would call back it was to early to process anything. They never called me back I called back saying what's the update I haven't heard anything they said it's been delivered(the flowers were never delivered) so they had to get in contact with the driver and they would call me back. They never called me back for the 3rd time in the same day I call once again they told me call back tomorrow to talk to a manager. Magically the flowers were somehow delivered at 7pm two hours after my 3rd phone call asking for a full refund. I call back in the morning and they say yeah sorry the flowers were delivered there is nothing we can do for you and our manager is out of the office for a month due to vacation. When I came out to see her, 1.5 weeks later, she still had not received the plant and I received no notice that there was a problem delivering her flowers. I can't recommend this place. I ordered flowers for a friend's birthday and requested that they be delivered to her work. I received a delivery confirmation the day BEFORE my friend's special day. I was very confused and went back to double check that I hadn't requested the wrong delivery date. Nope.
