I have been seeing PMR commercials for awhile. I decided to take my old silver jewelry to the Indio location. I have never done anything like this and was a little nervous. From the moment I got there Irma(the branch manager) made me feel very comfortable, explained the process, answered all my questions in a professional manner never rushing me or making me feel uncomfortable for asking my questions. This was my first time going into PMR to sell some sterling jewelry. Valeria R. helped me and what a doll. She was friendly and explained everything to me especially how something can be marked as silver when in reality it's such a minor amount it isn't reading on any of their scans and tests.
