They are accommodating with appointments and the salon is always in spic and span condition. I go every month for a wax and the lady is a sweetheart, definitely puts me at ease. They use a type of wax that doesn't involve paper strips, which I have found to be way less painful. They are normally very meticulous but the one time that I went home with a bit of wax still attached, they were incredibly apologetic and offered me a free session. I also routinely go here for nails. I don't like gels just because of what they do to my nails, so I always go for the Performance line. These are a non-gel that acts like a gel. She worked on it and when she was done I put my glasses back on and my beard was less than an inch long. She said when she got to the spot we agreed to she thought it was still too wild so she kept trimming, without asking me. I didn't complain, because the damage was done and I thought it would grow back quickly, but a month later it's still much shorter than I want - and much shorter than we agreed to. If I can't trust a stylist while my glasses are off, I can't go back here.
