    Tires Precise installed

My Infiniti, had sat unused for four years. My car was towed to Precise, because Costco recommended them. Towed so as not to circulate deteriorated gas and oil throughout the system, the manager called after a couple of days and quoted a ball park amount, not itemized figure, over the phone. Then he put me on hold, came back and asked "if I wanted Costco's discount or his Lower discount. I said the lower discount. He did not Email or text an. But instead he highballed then lowballed me-the ole bait and switch discount. All clear in hindsight. I asked specifically for an oil change and gas tank flush, since the car had sat for four years. I asked for a diagnostic to see if the car was worth being repaired given the age and value of the car. Blake said yes, it was worth it and a great car. Long story short, Blake said I needed new tires, he took off Bf Goodrich tires and chose to replace with Ironman. He never flushed the gas tank and did not give a code breakdown of the lights lit on the dash or anything else. He said not to worry about the lights. Nor did he inform me that the driver's seat track was broken, and he knew because he had driven the car (on unacceptable tires he had installed-(and would not replace). Additionally, Blake said that none of the windows went down and would have to be diagnosed to find out the problem. At pickup time, I asked Blake what kind of gas I should use, he said regular is fine. Not true! The car takes premium. When I picked up the car, was the first time I had ever sat in my departed son's car. Blake actually drove the car more than I. I only drove the car about three miles to my house. He admitted to driving the on the highway. The bill was $2500.00, exceeding the value of the car. And lots more work is needed to make the car safe, work I did not find out about until the $2500.00 bill was paid, and as I sat in the car for the first time ever. That's when I was told about the broken driver's seat track, and to not to worry about the lights on the dash that I asked the meaning of. He did not mention-nor note the driver's side mirror needing replacement. Had Blake been decent and most of all, honorable, Blake would have said to consider selling, since repair costs would far exceed the value of the car. That was my reason for going to Precise, and what I asked them to find out. Was the car worth repairing? This is a service they claimed to provide. Honestly, I feel I was being setup to be milked over time. I am a grieving mother, over 70 years of age, who knows nothing about cars. It's plausible that long time associates and friends are treated differently at Precise; it clearly seems so based on close readings of reviews. But check all the reviews, especially other first timers, like mine. Those not in any special group, or timers, be cautious, very cautious if you don't want to be put in debt that, for me, could have been avoided. Heartbreaking outcome from a precisely underhanded company. At my expense, I am sure they all got a great laugh. Look at the condition of the tires Blake put on my car. All had shredded pieces of some kind of paper from who knows what, on the tread. I think the tires might have been used. Now on the hunt for a reputable Machanic. They kept my car for TWO WEEKS.

I went in for an oil change and asked them to look at my front passenger caliper. They told me it was completely locked out and that the driver side was close too, then quoted me $1200 for both calipers, bleeding the brakes, and an oil change. My calipers are $75 online, their price breakdown had each listed as $225. They wanted $360 for caliper labor and $190 to bleed the brakes. Needless to say I took my business elsewhere for 1/4 the price.

This is a 9 year old car that they detailed for me. Wow what a great job!

Received really good and quick service. The employees were super friendly. I would definitely come back even without the Groupon deal.

I am including a brief description of the condition of the vehicle when I arrived at Radial Tire Monday (2/16/26) at 2:00pm. The receiving manager and I discussed the tire issues and history. I told him I had a service light in the dash that was saying a tire was low on air and they were new tires (vs the previous service light for sensors not functioning). He measured the tire pressure of all the tires and they were all at different psi (33, 34, 42 and 18). My vehicle was placed in a service line and I waited in a lobby for approximately an hour. Radial tires took the low tire off the vehicle and tested it for leaks and determined the problem was that a valve stem hadn't been correctly sealed, the tires were all fine. Before leaving the work bay, I noticed the sensor light was still on, so a retest determined the driver's front sensor was going bad and it was replaced. The service manager told me Toyota and Lexus have challenging tire sensors, that they can often get one sensor working and the computer will then say another good sensor stopped working. I left Radial Tire around 4:30, problems solved and paid for one new sensor and install. I've had several people tell me Radial Tire is the BEST in this area and they will have all of my business in the future and that of anyone I know. Thank you for resolving what was a time consuming, frustrating experience!! I'm so glad my friend recommended you!!

I don't leave reviews often, but as a business owner myself, I know constructive feedback is…read morenecessary for improvement. I brought four wheels to Radial Tire to have a new set of all-seasons mounted and balanced. My car runs a staggered setup, meaning the rear wheels and tires are physically wider than the fronts. Since I maintain a small fleet of my own vehicles, I do almost all my own mechanical work, but tire mounting is one of the few things I have to outsource. Unfortunately, this experience highlighted a critical breakdown in basic quality control. I brought the wheels in loose to make the job as straightforward as possible for the shop, but they sat there for a few days before being touched. When I finally picked them up, I noticed the front tires were stretched onto the wider rear wheels, and vice versa. While the team corrected the mistake immediately once it was pointed out, this isn't just a minor technical oversight. Mismatched staggered tires can lead to a catastrophic bead failure or blowout at highway speeds. It is a severe safety hazard that could easily cause a fatal accident if it goes unnoticed before the wheels are bolted onto a vehicle. On top of the critical mounting error, the general pride in workmanship was non-existent. The wheels were handed back to me covered in caked-on mounting paste all over the outer rims without even a basic effort to wipe them down. To make matters worse, the shop also misplaced the summer tires I explicitly stated I wanted to keep. Management did the right thing by waiving the mounting and balancing fee, but at the end of the day, I am still short a set of my own property. I understand that mistakes happen, but a triple failure of safety verification, basic cleanliness, and property management means I can't risk bringing my vehicles back here, nor can I recommend them to any of the local car groups I'm a part of.

Mistakes happen, so I came back and asked to redo the alignment, showed them their own sheet and said the wheel was crooked after the alignment. They said (1) they don't do rear alignments on Toyotas (???), (2) the car has unspecified issues that don't allow it to be aligned, (3) they would need additional payment to do the steering wheel correction. When I pressed them on what the issues were, they refused to commit to anything. Nothing was written down. Truly baffling that these people are running a real shop. I asked to talk to the alignment tech and they said he can't speak English. So how can he understand anything? Is he just guessing? I'm willing to bet they don't have anyone trained and that they're just winging it on each alignment. I talked to Rose and Arbor (blond ponytail man). They kept pushing for more money, and they said I already got an alignment so I shouldn't be greedy. Very rude while I spoke very politely. I went to Midas down the street and they fixed it. No issues with the car were identified, perfect alignment, 45 minutes. The before measurements (after Firestone's alignment) were way off. Extremely unprofessional. Go here if you want your car to go 4 different directions while driving straight!

I needed it repaired quickly and it took over a week, which I can forgive, but what I cannot get past is that they did not do the repairs they charged me for. They claimed they replaced several items including heating hoses and the thermostat housing, but not long after I started having problems with the system again. I was able to take it to my longtime mechanic for that (out of state, otherwise I would have gone there in the first place), and they found the components had not been replaced at all. Nearly $1000 worth of "repairs," and largely wasted. (Not to mention the additional several thousands' worth they tried to upsell me on, but luckily I wasn't that stupid.) Awful business. I'd sue if only I'd been a bit better about record-keeping. Whatever you do, do not make the same mistake i did - take your car anywhere else rather than dealing with these crooks.
