What a jerk. First, my number is an unlisted. I know some folk get uptight about that. No worries, I can force my number to show by using the correct codes. The first time I called he was "goin' in a meet'n." Said he was busy and "first of all, I called him and he don't know who I am." Well, I was calling him even though I don't know who he is (how stupid) because he advertises himself as a plumber. I hang up. Go do something and call again later. Second time, I call my he can see the number I'm calling from because I used the codes before dialing him direct to force it through. Sort of like *69, right? LOL. I called him to tell him about my sink problem. I try to get a word in edge wise to tell him what happened with a previous team that could not fix the clog. I wanted him to know that upfront because I think that's important. Asked him what approach they would take since the first company's efforts failed. He didn't wanna do no explainin'. Guess what? You don't come in my home unless I have a general idea of what you'll be doing. Pure and simple. Tried to use a doctor analogy on me and it sounded as stupid as could be. No trade comparison at all. Anthony is number 1 in my book!! He saved my parents from spending $10,000!! Another company I wont't mention told my Mom she needed to replace the boiler, when the told us the price I said that is alot of money to spend without a second opinion. I researched the boiler they were recommending it was only $3,100 and it was supposed to be a equal swap with minimal pipe replacement. So basically $7,000 in labor. I felt uncomfortable with this, because we have never had heating issue this was just a yearly tune up for the Winter. I gave Precise a call Anthony was kind enought to consult me on the phone with pictures of the unit and then came by later that night to turn the unit back on and there is nothing wrong with it... He told me straight out that he could offer to replace it, its ab old system been in the house prior to my parents purchase of it but there is nothing wrong. He told me "I would charge you may $9,000 but still nothing wrong with yours I am not going to make money on you with a lie." Lost hot water, after multiple times of DIY videos and calling friends and family to temporarily fix the issue, I had enough. It was Friday night At 9:45pm I put a request in on yelp to contact Precise. Anthony immediately responded to me saying he would come the next morning. After reviewing the old system we had (easily 15+ year old) he offered a solution (temp fix) to the existing system or an option to upgrade to a tankless system, there was no pressure to make the upgrade just a professional suggestion. We ended up going with the upgrade, I gave Anthony a difficult narrow window of time to get this done and he nailed it. Anthony came that Saturday afternoon to disconnect the old unit and prepare the area for the new boiler. He came Monday morning and worked himself from morning until night to the bone, all to finish it by late Tuesday morning, by the afternoon hot water was scolding. 3 days later, Anthony calls me to follow up and see if the unit has been performing to the standards he promised and to make sure there were no leaks. Based on the great Yelp reviews I called Precise Plumbing & Heating, and I'd like to add one more great review. A small mirror was accidentally flushed which caused a blockage. First day, plumber (Anthony) came and snaked it, which seemed to clear the mirror of the inner plumbing, but the blockage returned later on in the day. Second day, Anthony returned and had to remove toilet to remove the obstruction. Work was done in a very professional and efficient manner. Very happy with the services provided. I had a pretty decent experience with this company. I called then about 10 minutes before they closed because I came home to a kitchen drowning in water. They came first thing the next day and tended to the skin. The issue ended up being that the hose from the faucet had a tear in it. The guy left to pick up a new hose and was back inn about an hour to install it. The whole thing cost about $250. I was happy with their prompt service and their ability to diagnose and fix the issue in one go. read more

Life saver. Fourth of July weekend, Saturday night the water heater tank decided to break. Called home depot and their people don't work on weekends or holidays, totally useless. Can't recommend these guys enough. Had a burst pipe leading from inside the house to our outdoor hose--Anthony and Sal came by and gave me a fair estimate for reworking the piping so that it was more easily accessible, and thoroughly explained the issue we were having and why we were having it. In the end the job ended up being more complicated than originally expected (nearly 100 year old house and old original pipes) and they handled the issue and complications seamlessly.
