On October 7th I was happy to have a Navien NCB 240 replace my old boiler and hot water heater. A month and half later the system appears to be working well. Precise plumbing did excellent work regarding the installation - and Anthony was professional and courteous in regard to the job, which included carting away the monsterous 40+ year old boiler. He performed the work at a reasonable price and, perhaps most importantly, took care in performing his work -anyone who walked in a minute after he left would have never known that we just had our entire heating system replaced - this was important to us as the equipment is in an enclosed room within a basement that serves as living space. Would highly recommend Anthony for all your plumbing needs. No leaks or issues, and the house is as warm as it was prior to the installation of the new system on 35ish degree nights - looking forward to how it performs when the weather gets colder. Hot water has been great - prior to installation we had a 50 gallon hot water tank which would run dry if everyone in our house took consecutive showers - particularly if the dishwasher was running. No more - we have endless hot water from every faucet. The system is excellent in this regard....and runs ultra-quiet in comparison to my antiquated boiler when it is heating our home. read more

Unfortunately for my family, our Navien system was installed by inexperienced plumbers; which caused a huge flooding in our 1 year old brand new home. Thankfully we found Precise plumbing and not only was he able to arrive the same day we called, but he was able to resolve the issue, he educated us on what was the proper way of handling the system. I needed a new combi-boiler and called Anthony, he called and came right away. Was told the job would last three days and it was completed in two. He dropped off all the material for the job a few days beforehand. He had all the old stuff ripped out within a couple of hours and began installing the new system. He worked a solid 10 hours per day without stopping. Him and his partner worked safe, clean, steady and knew exactly what had to be done. The new system is up and running and no issues. Look no further for a hard to find good plumber. The boiler in my tenant's apartment was not giving heat, making grinding noises, and would turn off. I thought that the pump was going out after I was sent a video of the problem. Although I was not there, Anthony fixed the problem which was only air in the pipes which didn't allow the hot water to circulate properly. He bled the pipes and the tenant was happy to get his heat back up. Anthony charged me a very decent price, which I am sure others would pinpoint other unnecessary problems, since I wasn't there. Once again Anthony was as good as his word. Came later on Tuesday, assessed situation and was able to schedule me in on Wednesday. Replaced entire drain pipe used by bathroom tub and sink in less than three hours with minimal mess. Tricky business as these pipes were about 90 years old.
