I told him no im not interested and just give me my money back. He came back and said ill do it for the original $250 that i payed. I supplied the brand new lock from oriellys. The tech messed with my truck for 30 mins came out and said we'll the new ignition came apart and I needed to pay him another $250 for them to supply one. I said hard pass on that. He said ok and started loading up his tools. I walked over to him and said how bout refunding my money. He got on the phone with his boss and said he can't do that. Called law enforcement they said it's a civil matter. So basically out $250 and they did absolutely nothing accept try to hustle me out of more money. I'll be taking them to court! Stay clear of this company!!! On a side note the "boss" is out of Florida, the company vechile was beat to shit and didn't have any company logos, tags out of florida. I'm surprised no one has filed a complaint against them yet with the BBB

The system is no longer connected, so I don't know what they are "monitoring." I have called and left messages and emailed through their website with no response. I can't find a mailing address on their website. I had to file a dispute with my bank. This decline in customer service should be a dire warning to customers to stay away.

I called regarding this error, this was when I was told that I never called because he gets every call, yet weirdly enough my parents had called as well. He then told me we were both lying. Do not use this company unless you want to be called a liar. I don't have a problem paying a bill, but I want a double amount explained. Also, I want services for what I pay for. I haven't been monitored since at least June with No call back!

I think it's important to detail exactly what occured and the kind of person that owner Rodney Chaffin is. We had some work done on our brakes earlier in July by a new mechanic, as the issue was pressing. That mechanic informed us the brake pads were worn and would need to be replaced soon, but not immediately. About ten miles after getting it out of that shop, it stopped moving. It ABS was locked up, and I believed the mechanic may have accidentally caused the problem. Accidents happen, and not wanting to tell them they'd made a mistake without being sure, I took it into this shop for a second opinion. We wanted a diagnosis and a diagnosis alone. We would have paid for this, it was agreed upon. However, after a week, he informed my wife he'd changed the brake pads "because it needed to be done." Of course, we knew the brake pads would need work. Our usual mechanic was unavailable for weeks. It was not pressing enough to need immediate repair, so we decided we would wait until he was open. I needed the diagnosis ASAP though, as I needed to know if the issue had been caused by the previous work. We did not want him to, as he later claimed, "bad mouth" another mechanic, just the truth. My wife pushed back and asked him how much the repair would cost. He said he didn't know and would call her back "in a couple of minutes". He did not. At this point, I had not yet interacted with Rodney. He did not know I existed. He had dealt only with my wife. So the next day, after waiting until after their lunch period with no call, I reached out to him. The intention was to have a calm but firm conversation about my rights as a consumer and the illegal action he had taken. I was not going to pay for unauthorized work. Rodney, if you read this, all you had to do was call. Tell us about the brakes, we would've told you we knew and were getting it taken care of. You took it upon yourself to make the decision that should have been mine. You acted as though you did it from the goodness of your heart, but good acts don't have price tags. You thought my wife would be too intimated or dumb to question it. She's not. If he had let me finish, my intention was to pay for the diagnosis and a second repair to the ABS he believed would fix the problem. Unfortunately, Rodney's personality flipped on a dime. He interrupted me and demanded I come take my vehicle. I asked if he was willing to let me drive it off the lot. He said no, not until he removed the ABS fix. That was fine, I just wanted my van back at this point. I got a ride over and entered the store. I patiently waited while he spoke on the phone. When he was done, I demanded my keys, and asked if he thought we wouldn't catch on. He told me my keys were in the van and that he was in the process of putting the old brakes on. Now, this is a salvage yard, and Rodney had already proven himself to be untrustworthy and willing to do shady things. I have no way of knowing if they're the same brake pads. Things quickly escalated from there. Rodney came around the desk and, in an attempt to intimidate me, got as close as possible and stared down at me. He's a big guy, and I'm short, so he's got a good foot on me. He called me a loser and a mooch, I called him a crook. At this point the two women in the office had started demanding I leave, and though we argued a bit more, I did. Not trusting him with my vehicle, I stood outside the garage door and quietly observed. I thought it might be worthwhile to take a photo of it being worked on again, but this upset Rodney. He came out of the garage, demanding I wait in the truck that had brought me. I refused. We argued some more, and he told his mechanic to stop work and finally released the vehicle, though the brake lines had not yet been bled. Rodney, I will apologize to you and the women in the office for my temper. I should not have let my disrespect for you as a mechanic become disrespect for you as a person. But you are a bad mechanic. People need to know before you pull this on them too.

Considering there are over 2 million colors to chose from. They charged my a modest price and the best paint job anyone could ask for. This place is super busy and they managed to work me in right away. Totally amazing group. Thanks Matt and your painters for your dedication. I really do appreciate all that you do. After spending close to 6K on an engine replacement with Jeremy, I was assured from him personally that he has never had any problems with the engines he has purchased in the past from this dealer and he has never ever had any issues completing a warranty exchange. Warranty included parts and labor for 1 year from the date of install. Even after staying on top of oil changes and other normal maintenance required for the vehicle, less then 6 months after the replacement the engine needed replaced, AGAIN! I was given a bad engine. My original engine only needed the timing chain fixed but instead of being ethical, he wanted money. He told me I basically had to replace the engine and so I did. Since the timing chain was the only problem with my original engine and he lied to me, basically forcing me to replace the engine and not fix the timing issue. Jeremy doesn't follow any business ethics guidelines or rules and is only looking to make a quick buck when he can. I was not refunded my money, my engine wasn't replaced and not once has he offered other options to make this right so my family has a working, safe, reliable car!!!!

I contacted them and told them hey after some research, I will not need that part dealt with the Manager Bryan and he stated so now you're telling us that we ordered this part for you and we're stuck with the restocking fee and the back charge of the shipping and I stated I'm sorry I don't need the part. How much are you guys being charged after almost 5 minutes of back-and-forth while I'm on my way home from work he refused to tell me the amount told me it was irrelevant, and then had the audacity and the disrespect to tell me that I returned things on a regular basis, which was inaccurate and then had the disrespect to tell me to take my business elsewhere as it would be easier and more pleasant in the future my last purchase there was over $4600 now there's many of people that have spent more than me. I would imagine but at the same time after I called back after I was hung up on from him and spoke with him. I was informed that I spent too much time with each person when I make my purchases I've never been spoke to from a parts store, and I will unfortunately never shop here again and everybody that I know I will make sure they know to never come here and never spend their money here I always valued going to truck stuff even with their markup and over prices, but I was told by this person directly on the phone I would be better off taking my business elsewhere and they would be better off. I bought a high end coach from across the country and had it shipped to my home like I ordered a pizza. They coordinated with my delivery people and made the process so simple. It was a breeze! This was 100% due to the personal touch we received from 1st Choice. I did my homework... I even bought a coach elsewhere and those guys tried some shenanigans not worth sullying 1st Choice's shining moment where I was treated like my purchase was the most important piece of business they have ever conducted. I live 1400 miles away but by using video I was able to be present and really inspect the merchandise before it was shipped. I 100% vouch for the the integrity of this dealership. I have perspective in buying an RV from a big regional outlet. Deal With This: an internet sales person... then they shove you off to a finance guy, then a local sales rep at the place who has a different person show you the coach. None of the people involved are in contact with each other. They just process you. Promises made by sales renegotiated by finance, both departments need to involve their desk's managers to get anything done and none of these eight individuals have even laid eyes on the rig you are purchasing. The Rig's workmanship from the factory is rough as a standard. So by the time you are getting the tour your RV(which may have damage), you really need to go thru every square inch of the coach to inspect it because the big dealers are big volume brokers and you are just being processed thru their system. Good luck dealing with warranty work post purchase, that is a completely different department with their own agenda and management and balance sheet. At 1st Trailer it was all Karol. She did me a solid and went thru the coach with me on FaceTime. She identified a few points of poor workmanship from the factory.. nothing major... just a rough cut here... some spackle there and Karol tidy'd her up for me before delivery. My new coach arrived hassle free. All this and.. Karol remembered my kids names. She wrote us personal notes.. sent us all t-shirts!! She even packed s'mores in our fridge for us :) like a giant hug from Goddard Kansas. I had an amazing experience from start to finish with 1st choice.
