I'm so happy I came here! I was stopped by a cop and issued a ticket because my tail light was out and I hadn't noticed. I called up precision auto to see if I can bring my car in. They were super friendly & helpful over the phone which motivated me to go there. I went right away and fixed my issue in minutes! I was immediately greeted and taken care of. *UPDATE* while i hate downgrading a review for a business I raved about prior, I have to be forthcoming with this auto shop; I still believe they have great talent and are extremely knowledgeable. My last visit I bought my car to have a part replaced and complete my yearly NYS inspection. They installed the part with no issues however they couldn't pass my car for its inspection due to certain repairs needed. MOST of what was needed WAS legit, however they added things that weren't needed to pass the inspection and quoted close to 800 Dollars to get right to pass. 125 / hour for labor for part not needed requiring 3 hours to install was out the park for me. I took it for a second opinion to a shop my company takes their cars to, (very good shop but won't mention who here) i walked away only paying 230 and passing the inspection with the NECESSARY repairs made. Once again I still believe in precision however certain issues might be worth the time for a second opinion. read more

I was advised by my new insurance company to go here to have a picture taken of my vehicle. I arrived around 9:30 am without an appointment and was immediately greeted by a friendly "Hello can I help You" which I replied I was told to bring my car here for a picture and I wanted to set up a appointment. The young man said " I can take care of that right now for you" which truly impressed me. The store was very clean and all of the the accessories they offered for sale for vehicles were nicely placed throughout the showroom. read more

Never, in all of my years of shopping, have I EVER been treated by someone so rudely and unprofessionally! After entering the completely empty establishment and spotting the customer service worker, I began walking towards her desk. I found it quite odd that she didn't say anything to me or even make eye contact with me as I approached. Her first word to me, in a very terse manner, was, "wait" (again, not even looking up at me). After she completed whatever apparently important business she had on her computer, she just looked up at me with a scowl and said "what?" Not, "how can I help you" or "what can I do for you"...just "what." When I told her about a set of rims I was interested purchasing for my car, she got up in a huff and indignantly said, "well I can't help you make a decision on what you want." Crazy thing is...I knew exactly what I wanted- I have no idea where the hostility or anger came from, but I was the recipient of it. I replied "never mind" and proceeded to head back out the door from which I entered. She then yells to me from across the room, something about the apparent ridiculousness of my request given that "there are thousands of rims out there." I responded that I knew exactly what I wanted, to which she said (again extremely rudely) "well you should've said so!" I have never been one to make a complaint as I tend to give people the benefit of the doubt and leniency, but this was a completely unpleasant experience. If you must go there, wait until there is someone working there besides a middle-aged, blonde woman- maybe your experience will be better! YIKES read more

The staff at Precision Auto saved the day, they were great. I got a flat tire while driving down Niagara Falls Blvd, on October 29, 2018, and just by luck I pulled into Precision Auto's parking area, I had no idea where I was so I went inside to ask for the address and where to tell AAA where I was..a very nice lady wrote out the information and said that if I needed the tire repaired they could help me. She had a very nice young man come out and take a look at the tire and said it could be fixed. He did a great job fixing the tire and getting me back on my way. Thank you very much. it is a pleasure to find a reputable company where I was treated with kindness and professionalism. Thank you again. read more
