This was my second visit to Rob's shop and amidst an unannounced snow storm here in Morristown he managed time to return my car, fully repaired at a very affordable price. Estimate was well received and then following repairs were completed:: 1) Brake Booster Replaced due to bad diaphragm 2) New Coolant Temperature Sensor 3 Two front Sway Bars I fully plan to make future appointments as needed to maintain my 2004 Chevy Impala as new and classic as it was the time I bought it. This location would benefit from additional technicians as the main opportunity for development. That said, the work was unquestionably sound and my vehicle serviced for a fraction of the cost I would have paid elsewhere. The time passed quickly because of the wonderful lady at the desk and the guys who, periodically, came in to talk about the work. A wonderful guy named Dale came to our rescue. He was so helpful, called a local shop (Master Tech Tire & Auto) at 11pm, arranged to drop off the truck and had the mechanic call us to order the part so he could fix it in the morning. Dale dropped us at our hotel and helped carry our luggage in. Wow! Ellis at Master Tech was so helpful, kept in contact with us, picked us up at the hotel and had us back on the road by 11am. Amazing service all around. Can't thank you all enough for the hospitality and wonderful caring service.

Finally, the owner of shop #3 referred me to Wolf Tire & Muffler. I am SO glad he did. I explained I was from out of state, traveling home, and could they fix it soon. They made a call, I presume to check on parts, and said "Sure, bring it in and we'll take care of it!" I was there a short time later. They were so nice and accommodating. Shortly after the part was delivered they got right to it, fixed it, and charged me a very fair price considering I was done and driving away (smiling) just 2 hours after arriving. These are good people who really know their stuff. Recommended!

The problem persisted, so they replaced the parts again. Still no resolution. Then they reinstalled the original parts, charging again for labor, and replaced the rotor, button and plate in the distributor. The truck still quits unexpectedly. I cannot recommend this company.
