Do NOT use Precison Autoworkz for wrap service unless you want the wrap peeling off your car within 24 hours. I had Juan @ Precision Autoworkz install a vinyl wrap on my car and the results/workmanship are terrible. All of the edges are lifting. The material for the fenders was cut too short and the wrap is lifting. The wrap on the corners of the hood is lifting. The entire front bumper is lifting and needs to be replaced. Same with the rear bumper. All of the black glossy moldings are scratched/scuffed or cut by their blade. None of it was masked off to protect it. All of the door jambs have the material lifting. Not to mention cover all of my parking sensors and said the wrap won't affect them. I have to turn them off to stop the errors my car is giving saying they are blocked. When I picked up my car Juan volunteered to re-wrap the front and when I asked why he said in case you want me to. It was dark and rainy when I picked up my car so I didn't see all of the issues until the next morning when the rain had stopped and the sun was out. Hindsight- he knew he did a shotty job and volunteered to fix it before I even saw it. Once I let him know of all the issues ans sent him pictures he said he can re-wrap the front bumper but he will have to remove the full bumper. Something he has no idea how to do. And after speaking with other professional wrap shops is unnecessary. He offered excuse after excuse- it was cold (tho he supposedly had heaters in the shop) ,it was raining, the floor in my shop was being epoxied, etc. All of these things he knew about and could have rescheduled the job if it would effect the results. But he did not. No accountability taken. No apologies. He knew there would be issues and probably hoped I wouldn't notice. And then expected me to pay for the new roll of wrap so he could redo his shotty work. He said he had a "helper" work on my car and he should have double checked his work. This is his company and his reputation and as you can see from the pictures......he or his "helper" do terrible and careless work and then expect you to pay again for it. Have the integrity to do the job right the fist time.....not the second or third or worst yet-hope your customer doesn't notice. I requested that he pay a professional wrap shop to re-wrap the front end and rear bumpers along with a re-work of all the lifting edges so I could attempt to salvage some of this.....but he refused. He said I can provide the wrap and he will remove and re-wrap the front end. Why would I pay for the wrap you clearly didn't know how to install? And I am not insane enough to say.....hey I know you did shotty work the first time.....here.... try again a second time (at my expense) and hopefully you get it right. If having zero integrity in your work and taking zero responsibility when things go bad is your way of handling other people's valuable property is your business model.......you are going to fail every time. The pictures illustrate just a small portion of the issues.

I love the new tint on my windows! It makes such a difference, especially with summer around the corner. Professional, great communication, & fast install. 10/10 would recommend others to bring their vehicles here

The actual tint removal? No complaints. Responsive, easy to schedule, and I even drove to his home…read morewhere he knocked it out in under an hour. I only wanted the tint removed because it was way too dark and messing with my daughter's visibility, so I appreciated the quick turnaround. But the drive home...plot twist. I glance over and see my headrest vinyl distorted like it was just exposed to high heat. I get home, take a picture, and text Gilberto to let him know I think the steamer might've gotten too close. His reply? Apparently my headrest had a "previous repair" and it was a "botched job." My man... I've owned this 13‑year‑old car long enough to know every scratch, sneeze, and cosmetic imperfection. If someone had performed secret headrest surgery, I would be aware. Then suddenly, the responsiveness that was so great before? Gone. Slower replies, zero accountability, and absolutely no willingness to even consider that the damage happened during the service. Even the best businesses have off days. Michelin-star chefs burn things. Surgeons sneeze. It happens. And honestly -- does he really think I'm trying to finesse him out of a brand‑new headrest for a 13‑year‑old car over a $100 tint removal? Bro, I'm in my 40's and let me share something about business. Good service isn't just about what happens when everything goes right. It's about how you handle it when something goes wrong.
