Shop around and make sure that you know ahead of time what they use to treat carpets for spots, pet odor,etc and what these ( cost will be.) I wish I had. I needed the job done quickly and now feel ripped off. Tried to talk to management but got no where. He defended their practices. You can pay anywhere from $40 to $800 to get three rooms of carpet cleaned if you don't do your homework! Chalk it up to a bad experience lesson learned. Never again! Tom M.

Overpriced.Ads;in the Mint Magazine are very misleading about pricing...I felt…read morelike I was in the middle of a three card Monty when the technician who came to my house tried to upsell me additional services,( cleaning tile on a small patio for$400!) I told him I could not afford it..he offered to do it for$100 instead. Very shady practices. My rugs had lots of stains ,but I was disappointed with the results.The service technician assured me that it would look better in a few days and if I wasn't satisfied to call in a few days and they would return. Well I did call and they sent a very charismatic, technician who chatted me up while he sprayed stuff on the carpet " to brighten it up". Needless to say ,the carpet is not substantially improved,but I just can't be bothered dealing with them again so I decided to chalk it up to a bad experience. To add insult to injury,I received a voice mail from this company a few days ago calling with the ruse of checking up on my satisfaction regarding my recent carpet cleaning....but wanted to inform me of their tile cleaning specials! Very unprofessional practices. Scammers.Would strongly urge not to use.I regret my haste in calling and not doing more comparison shopping... an expensive lesson learned.
