It always ran too fast and stopped chiming the half hour. Two weeks ago I called Andy at Affordable just to see if maybe there was a honest repair shop out there. After about five minutes talking to Andy I had confidence he could fix it. I took him the clock and one week later he said it was ready. I picked it and up set it up at home. It took a day to get the pendulum adjusted to keep time and I have kept it wound a running for the past week and it is keeping perfect time and chiming the hour and half hour.
