Highly recommend Precision Comfort to take care of your Heating & AC issues. Brent Wheeler tried to help with tips to try to correct condensation leaking onto floor before needing service call, but ended up needing Brent to come out as AC stopped working with 90+ temps hitting the area. Precision Comfort (Brett) met with us regarding the repair of a central air compressor that no longer cooled. An assessment was given and it was determined the compressor had lost all coolant. A catastrophic leak had occurred somewhere in the system. It was explained thoroughly what my options were. I chose to have a recharging of the coolant done and to see how long it would last. It did not make it through the night. Brett returned and it was determined the leak was in the compressor and not the line going in to the A coil. I asked for a replacement cost and was given a very reasonable hand written bid that included an offset of the initial service charge and coolant. I then asked for a time frame in which Brett could make the exchange. I agreed to all of it and Brett was here the next morning shortly after 8 am and had the installment completed in 1.5 hours. The air conditioner went out a few weeks ago. I scheduled an appointment with a bigger company, they couldn't get to me for a couple weeks. A week or so later our house hit 90 and I decided to call the same place and see if we could get bumped up, no dice. They did refer Precision so I called, no luck they were also booked. They did take my information and say he would put me on a list. I got a call at 9:30 pm Friday the same day I called. The owner of the company came out and fixed my AC. I have to say I was blown away by that. I'm sure he was working all day long, was tired, wanted to go home but he came out and fixed my unit.
