I responded to my emailed quote the same day to clarify whether the recommendation of the contractor was only to replace the gate or if I should go ahead and plan to replace the entire fence as well. 2 days after no response, I called the office, and was directed to the contractors' office line as he was supposed to be in. I ended up leaving a voice message. The following week, after no response, I called again and was directed to the project manager, who was not familiar with the project, and said he would text the owner and the contractor to follow up. I have not received a response to this day, just a bit over a month since I was first in touch with them, which is a bit of a disappointment.
