I have been here twice now. On my first visit, I got the full complement of x-rays, a cleaning, and an exam. Today, I just had a cleaning. I started coming here because I felt like my last dentist was trying to squeeze every dime possible out of my insurance company, regardless of the necessity of the treatment; whether or not I'm going to get that feeling from Dr Elraheb remains to be seen. The x-rays, exam, and cleanings have all been routine. Not routine was being referred to a consultation with an oral surgeon for some sort of gum grafting procedure, where they take some skin off the roof of your mouth and affix it to your gums. I know I have a receding gum line, but I don't feel like I'm at the point where I would require surgery of this extent -- and the last dentist never mentioned the prospect of any surgery. The icing on the cake was when I overheard the dentist across the hall telling another patient that she needed the exact same surgery; what are the odds?? Hmmm. The positive here was that they did not recommend a "deep cleaning," which was something my last dentist recommended whenever insurance would pay for it (which was once a year). They have, however, recommended cleanings once every three months, which I don't think I'll be adhering to. read more

I used to hate the dentist but they treat me with respect and kindness. They make my experience less scary helping me with my anxiety. They talk to me and explain the process and distract me from my thoughts and fears. As they perform my procedures they constantly check in on me. I love that they are client centered and that's extremely hard to find. I highly recommend them! read more

Dr. Elraheb and his staff are absolutely wonderful. I am a registered dental assistant myself so I am hyper aware of what's going on around me in dental settings. I have been receiving dental care from Dr Elraheb for a very long time. Mostly I haven't been much of a challenge...until now! I hate to admit that it may be part of the (graceful) aging process. But he and I know I am adamant about keeping my teeth until the grave. Yesterday we ventured into unknown waters when a cap developed several cracks. Today was the day for an exploration of the gold cap that was installed 43 years ago, but not until he gave me a local anesthetic which was absolutely painless. He explained to me the tricks he used to do this, which I applauded having practiced 35 years of surgical medicine and given many locals myself. This dude is such a professional and I agree with someone else here who noted that he is an artist. Rest assured, if you go to him, you will not be disappointed. He is easy going. Has a chuckle in his conversation, and will put you completely at ease. He is honest and will give you the very best care. He is committed to saving your teeth for your duration and will save them in a condition only possible if performed by an dental artist, caring for practical working or retired families. read more

Highly recommend Ayman Elraheb at Precision Dentistry! I have seen many incompetent dentists over the years. Have had horrible experiences with them! I was impressed with my first time visit to Dr. Elraheb! I wanted a yearly teeth cleaning and checkup. Office was neat, clean and well organized. Upscale people were waiting in the lobby for their appt. I chatted with a couple of them to find out how long they had been coming to this dentist and were they satisfied with his work. They were long-time patients and satisfied with the results! The receptionist, Bernadetta was personable and nice. The assistant was also super nice. Dr. Elraheb was also very pleasant, personable and very attentive and took time to listen to my concerns. He recommended a "light" cleaning. Big surprise was that there was no blood after my teeth were cleaned! Cleaning by other dentist offices, my teeth would always be bleeding because they picked too deep. Blood and bacteria from teeth don't mix well, and if they get into your blood stream is very toxic and can be, deadly! They picked some tartar off and then did an ultra-sonic cleaning. Dentist said I had a cavity under a filling. He filled it with a porcelain filling. It was so well done, I couldn't even tell the tooth was filled! The porcelain was so well matched to the color of my tooth! I had 4 other mercury fillings replaced by another dentist about 8 years ago and it has to be one of the worst works done. That dentist didn't take out ALL of the mercury and basically filled over it with porcelain that didn't match my tooth color and dark edges appeared all around and as the porcelain has worn off....the top of those teeth now look blackish!! One molar tooth was so compromised by poor drilling that it will break! I was fully aware of this when I received a second opinion after that poor workmanship was done! Dr Elraheb also agreed and said the tooth was compromised, so I already knew that and he was correct. I feel confident that I have now found the correct dentist for me, and not one who is looking to pay his next mortgage payment so tells you that you need a lot of work that you don't need at all!! There are only a few reviews here and one of them was about billing. There always seems to be a rotten egg in a bunch. That was not my experience at all. Also, after all the work was done a gal took me into a private room to talk about my insurance and the prices for a crown IF I chose to have that done. Other dentists talk to you at the reception desk in front of everyone in the lobby! So I appreciated the privacy! The price for a crown was comparable to other quotes I had received from 3 other dentists! I would highly recommend this dentist to my friends and others. I give him 5 stars! This office was great. I was in Palm Springs for just a couple days and had accident where I needed help and fast. This office called my insurance and took care of everything. The doctor was great! He fixed me up and got me on my way so I could enjoy the rest of my vacation and make it through the long Memorial Day weekend so I could make it till my dentist at home could see me. It was such an easy office. Highly recommend them. read more
