5 Stars- hands down, all around! From the moment I walked in, I had an excellent experience! The front desk staff provided a warm and welcoming greeting and made the check-in process smooth and efficient. The technicians were knowledgeable, professional, and guided me through each step while clearly answering all of my questions or any curiosities I may have had about the equipment. The eye doctor was thorough and attentive, throughout my entire exam (as well as answering any questions I may have had) and the optician was incredibly helpful in assisting me with selecting the perfect pair of glasses. Every team member demonstrated strong expertise in their role and made me feel genuinely welcomed throughout my visit. The entire staff was kind, professional, and personable, and the facility itself was very clean and well maintained. I highly recommend this eye center to anyone looking for exceptional care and service! P.S- Definitely everyone needs a pay raise for the experience they provide at this facility! read more

I didn't have to wait in the waiting room very long before I was called back for my eye exam to begin. I was taken back to another room and a medical assistant did several tests on my eyes with various machines. I was then taken to the official exam room where Dr Lor began her examinations. Great news- my eyesight was exactly the same. My prescription didn't change. I went to the lobby to order my new glasses. It was kind of confusing. My insurance didn't help very much after all of the extra "uncovered" items were added to the bill. My glasses came in and I am happy with them. I like Dr Lor and the lady at the desk that helped me. read more

I had my exam on June 11, 2024 and finally received my glasses on July 11, 2024. It took four weeks for my glasses to be ordered and delivered! When I picked up my glasses, there was no one to adjust my glasses except the receptionist. It took her three adjustments to finally get them straight. So if you need an eye exam and/or glasses, do not use this business. Ordering glasses and having to wait four weeks is too long. Also, the case they gave me for my Ted Baker London glasses was a cheap plastic case. I thought it would crack just snapping close the lid. The staff are unprofessional and are lacking in manners. Do yourself a favor and find another eye care office. read more

I don't want to give them one star. Had a very bad experience trying to buy new glasses. The price went from 2 for 99, to $229, $239, to insurance price of $499. Nothing made sense where pricing is concerned. read more

I tried to get an appointment before 2023 and they were booked up. Of course, everyone is trying to get an appointment before the end of the year, so I understood that. Unknown to me, I hadn't been to the eye doctor in 5 years. On the date of my appointment, everything went great. The exam was fast and picking out new frames was fast. The lady that helped me with my frames let me know how much my eye insurance would cover on each brand of frames. I was told my new glasses would be ready in two weeks and they came in earlier. They have a machine that takes pictures of the inside of your eyes so you don't have to get your eyes dialated. It costs a little more depending on insurance but it is worth it. My exam was only $35 more. Which I was fine with. read more

Had an eye exam at this location. The doctor was warm and friendly but I left a still feeling like my issue wasn't addressed fully. Everyone was nice and I was seen in a timely manner. They sanitized everything right in front of me, which was comforting. There was a push at the end to purchase glasses from them but it wasn't a hard push. Which I found awesome. I hate being sold to in that kind of manor. read more

Absolutely the best experience I could have at a Dr. office. The staff was friendly and attentive w/ very little wait. They took their time to help me with the perfect "fit". even on the follow up visit, for contacts. The Dr. never rushed or made me to feel a waste of time. I brought my 6 year old son in for his yearly vision exam, knowing he likely needed a new prescription. My son had a horrible first experience last year at a completely different local eye center. I am so glad we switched centers and came here! It was a wonderful experience. Everyone was professional and polite. I do wish they had a bigger selection of frames for young boys. There were very few to choose from. I also don't like that they will not give you your PD measurements unless you order your glasses through them. To their defense, I've noticed several places now doing this. I firmly believe it's because they don't want to miss out on the sale of frames and lenses, plus any additional add ons. read more

Friendly staff! They sat with me throughout the long and delicate process of contact training. We had a fun and inviting conversation of tacos (I really want some now). The new owners of Precision Dr. Ly and Dr. Lor are amazing! They have updated the eye wear to more current products such as Michael Kors, Ray ban and Gwen Stefani. They have up to date technology making your exam go smooth without having to be dilated. read more

My wife and I scheduled an appointment with Precision eye center for our 2 year checkup. The staff was very friendly and we only waited in waiting room for 5 minutes. The technician was very prompt and also very clean, he wiped all the machines down with alcohol wipes. We had just finished our first test and then seen Dr. Ly, he was very polite and understanding about our concerns, I have a family member with macular degeneration. Dr Ly gave my wife and I great news about our checkups. We will be going back there again, everyone was so proficient. read more

I came in to spend my FSA cash before the end of the year. Unbeknownst to me, my prescription expired a few months prior. I needed to spend the FSA cash ASAP. I also was pushed for time. I was able to have an appointment right then and out in an hour as promised. Precision Eye Care has an awesome team and i really appreciate the professionalism of Dr. Lor. I leave this review to say that my overall experience was good however I think it is important to warn those who are new patients or filling out new paperwork to pay close attention to the fine print and to what you are signing as with any document(s). In the paperwork they require you to complete before your appointment, you are agreeing to not obtain your pupillary distance measurement of your eye prescription. This is important if you choose to purchase glasses online. Therefore if you sign and agree to their forms they will refuse to give you your full eye prescription. In my personal opinion I find this practice unethical because they force you to purchase their packages that are not cost effective and any upgrades from their basic $80 packages are even more money. read more

I had a wonderful time and experience, the girls that work there were funny and up beat and made picking out my glasses fun and easy with no pressure to purchase something I didnt like or couldnt afford. They even told me to shop around if I wanted! Since I dont have insurance I was very worried about the price but they helped me find the most affordable and cute ones! They also PRICE MATCH which I thought was really cool : ) Overall I am a lifetime customer and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a home town practice. Since there is only one doctor here he knows all of his patients and thats a great feeling! The bad reviews on here is suprising I just think that things dont go perfectly and since they dont make their glasses they order them the girls and the doctor are not the reason the products are late. Awful customer service. Dishonest and downright rude. Don't listen to you. Ordered glasses that turned out to be wrong, I couldn't see or read anything ( progressives) They tried to blame it on me, saying I picked out wrong frames that's why they didn't work. When I picked them out I asked if they would work and they, including optician, said yes they would work. Why would I order them if they wouldn't work? They will not refund the difference of progressives versus lined and we're going to charge me for another pair of frames to boot. I complained loudly and they agreed not to charge for new frames but that was it. So I'm paying for progressives and getting lined which are much cheaper. I've been wearing glasses since I was four and I have never had an optical place rip me off and lie like they have. Opticians have always made sure glasses were right and if they had to be done again didn't charge me. Never going back. read more
