She will make herself available for emergencies and goes out of her way to help. She is the DOCTOR that does the eye exams and she is great. The other part of the business is the eyeglass sales...which is run by a separate entity and which I usually don't use. I get my RX from Dr Hall and then get my glasses at other places so I can't really rate the eyeglass sales. I have brought my 2 small children to her several times, and she is always patient and tries to make the experience fun! (And one of my kids has an anxiety issue to begin with, but Dr Hall makes it fun for her!) Kudos to her in this age of assembly line medicine that she takes the time and effort to care about her patients!

I was told I had ALL KINDS of eye issues, and needed bifocal glasses, special contacts etc. I got the glasses and after a week of wearing then I had to go back to my old glasses. There's gave me such bad headaches I actually felt nauseated all day wearing them. Forward thru covid to 2021. My husband went to Zaleski Optical. They were nice, professional & they started FROM THE BEGINNING with his exam. He loved them. I went a couple of weeks ago. AMAZING from the walk thru the door. Tammy is AWESOME, friendly, helpful, honest! The Dr. Started from the beginning with me as well. Guess what? DID NOT need bifocals. Nothing wrong with my eyes out of the normal. Have 20/20, need distance glasses AND was able to get my long wear contacts and he even told me if I need a booster with them, just go get a +25 pair of readers from a store! Their prices are GREAT TOO. I did NOT feel robbed after I left there. These ppl really care about your vision & take the time to explain everything to you from start to finish. The Dr. Didn't rush me, it actually felt like having a conversation with someone instead of a conveyer belt of in and out. THANK YOU guys for giving me a place to TRUST. At least that is what the answering service says (you do not deal with them directly if you have a question about your bill). I was told the 5 extra bills I was getting was because of the doctor not submitting the insurance properly. I am looking for another doctor but VSP is limited in this area. Another thing, the glasses I bought through the doctor began braking last year. They are cheaply made. I may have to change insurance or even pay out of pocket. I could get glasses at Walmart or the quality of service I got.

She was amazing when my daughter was first getting fitted for contacts. She apologized for having us come back a few weeks in a row as she kept trying different brands of contacts to see which one my daughter felt the most comfortable with. Yikes ... ($81) When I called to let them know that the arrangement was not at all what was advertised, Kim became super defensive and not in a professional way. Her proposed solution was to "have someone pick up the arrangement for a full refund or pick up the arrangement and add more flowers to it" I said it would be embarrassing and awkward to retrieve flowers from someone who is in recovery... (from my aunt's perspective, her niece made a thoughtful gesture -- to have someone show up and take the flowers back or add some flowers only makes what was originally perceived as a nice gesture, awkward -- which an unnecessary thing to put my sick aunt through). Kim responded that SHE wouldn't be embarrassed (right, because it was ALL about her) and called me "too uptight". Anyhow, she continued to talk over me, refusing to let me get a word in edgewise... and then she hung up on me. Makes me super sad because I was being soooo nice and careful with what I was saying. I hate taking time out of my day to deal with negative energy, so I figured I'd let Amex deal with her and write this review so that others are put on notice about this place.
