Buyer beware, they're prices are ridiculous. Came out for a opener repair, quoted $399 on phone plus $99 to install. I said I'll take it. Tech arrived, said it would be another $49 for service call, I told they quoted $500 total on phone he said they should have told me about it up front. Then he tells me he doesn't have that basic opener and it's not very good anyway. He has one for $749 plus install, now $850. I pull out my phone, go to Homedepot.com and find the same one for $329 plus $97 to install. The funny part, when the guy came to install it I told him the first company I spoke to wanted $750. First of all, the customer service I received when I called for service was professional and excellent compared to the other company I had called. They estimated a two hour window of arrival and Michael showed up right at the beginning of it, which was perfect. Michael was very professional and knowledgeable about my garage door as it was cracked in the middle of a panel. Not the best, but not the worst either. I broke a panel of the garage door when it stopped going up, and I had to manually open and close the door. Don't always go for the first option on Google, and make sure it's a business listing, not a sponsored advertisement. Their customer service, not good. The serviceman that came to give me the estimate; completely a joke. He seemed competent, but that was a facade. He doesn't know anything. His time estimate on getting the part, and installation were way off. Then he was completely out of line by not answering my call. To add insult to irritation; the one time he did call me back; it was a two minute message of nothing. He dialed me, then let his phone sit on his car seat with the AC on for 2 minutes. Really, wow. You are incompetent Dean!! Then with billing and payments. The right hand is clueless to what the left hand is doing. This business is extremely unprofessional! F-!! So when the guy came to give me an estimate; I paid half, which was fine. Then when the owner Don Taylor, he's a joke too. When Don, called to get my payment information; he charged my card wrong. He charged it for the whole amount. He didn't even know or check to see the correct amount. So he charged me, then refunded me, then charged me again for the correct amount. This is very poor customer service. Finally, the day came when they fixed the garage door. They had to leave, and come back...because why?? Shockingly, the repair guy was given the wrong part. I was told that mistakes happen, but this business defines a tragedy. Shop around, and read reviews before using a business. In hindsight, I should have followed my own advice, because if I read the reviews here; I'd be writing a nice review instead of about my awful encounter with Don Taylor, and his substandard business. read more

Called because our garage door wasn't opening. Jose came out to give an estimate. Basically took about 10 mins to give his reasons for what was wrong. But didn't even try to use the opener which was odd. The lowest option was $270 + $79 for what he said had to be fixed. We said we'd think about and the service call was $40. We then called another company to see if he could give a quote over the phone. He said those weren't the problems that were stated by Jose and to try to adjust the strength of the door motor.
