I have seen interactions with all sorts of other customers and I can confirm they are genuine. I think the negative comments stem from feeling like you're stranded. Once you confirmed you are ready for pick-up from the text message sent to you (after drop off), just sit on the bench at the spot, be patient, they are coming. Never failed me 13 weeks in a row... and I am Mr. Impatient. WIth no intention of stopping, I hit the "ready" when getting off the tram, approaching the escalator's on the "A" side.

The driver was very courteous and helpful and got us to Port Canaveral in about 40 minutes. I paid $120 for a family of 6, cheaper than their competitors and cheaper than an Uber XL. When in Orlando I will definitely contact again if needed.
