When that obviously did not work instead of offering to refund the "diagnosis fee" they said "we can take it off the next repair to fix your car". They charged another 328 to replace the the rear lateral bar. I cannot believe the predatory nature of this shop. A BBB complaint is going to be issued. Absolutely sickening.

Waited1 1/2 hours (second trip) and they wanted to change rear pressure sensors for $130+ (third trip). I called Ginman's, went in with an appointment and found out that a valve stem was leaking. 1/2 hour she was on her way with no charge. This is the type of service that has kept Ginman's in business for 85 years.

Except, it was only then that we learned all 4 tires would have to be replaced, and that meant waiting until the next day for the other 3 tires to be shipped in. This means I had to endure one of my most hated activities: waiting in an automotive waiting room. Every minute making my impatient nature more and more pronounced. Did not get out of there until 4:30. So why a 4 star review? Because John the poor guy who has to put up with agitated customers like me at the front counter was very pleasant to deal with. In fact, the only fault I can find is with their tire wholesaler which is obviously run by a group of incompetent baboons who have one simple job and cannot muster the wisdom or ability to do such. So manager of Tire Wholesaler Plus, it rests upon you to take steps to impress upon your own wholesaler to get their act together.
