I have to agree with all the negative reviews. I've never done business with someone who took 95%…read moreof my money and only completed less than half of the job. We started in Dec. 2016 and they were very efficient at first to hit the metrics where they got paid. Once they had 95% of the money, they were extremely slow and had every excuse you could think of. There would be weeks with no workers on-site. We hired a lawyer and tried to get them to finish, but they just had more excuses. The owner finally asked me in June to pay him another $21,000 to finish the job. That was the last straw and we hired another pool company to finish our pool in July 2017 at our expense. So, not only do they have $31,000 of our money for services not rendered, we had to pay an additional $20,000+ to complete the pool so my kids could get some use out of it for this summer. Buyer beware of this scam artist. This is his MO. Look at all the negative comments. I hope no one ever builds a pool with him again. This is a small town and we will be letting all our friends and neighbors that this company is a fraud and shouldn't be allowed to stay in business.

I wish every contractor out there was like Starr Roofing and Exteriors. Ron makes sure every detail is right, is available for questions, and starts and finishes on time.
