They also made sure I was completely satisfied with the placement of the t.v. and cleaned up the drywall debris. I thought that job was done in a very timely manner! That was about two years ago and although I keep calling and texting, he is ghosting me. Mounting the TV is not that big of a deal for me however, now I am getting lots of "no signal. Antenna not connected or program unavailable" on one of my TVs. Also, for some reason, not able to get the local CBS channel on one of the TVs anymore. Very disappointing he does not respond. Thought I was a good customer as I gave him one of my older working TVs that he said he could use. Time to move on.
