I don't understand why the managers and supervisors stay in the back when there's so many people waiting. They should come out and help the customers instead of thinking that they're better than that. And after finally getting called up the girl who helped us, it was very rude and had no customer service skills. Her name is Kiana and she has a bad attitude. Almost like she hates working with people. I couldn't get a connection in the store and she kept blaming it on me. She kept telling me to give her my phone because she could get it connected. After she tried a couple of times her manager told her that there was an outage in the area. She didn't even apologize to me for thinking.I was stupid. After I explained everything to her about the question, I had, she still didn't know what I was talking about. I told her that i received a notification about an E-sim update and she looked at me like I was speaking Chinese. She kept saying, I don't know what that is. The manager once again had to tell her what it was.And then she proceeded to tell me that she couldn't help me with that. So needless to say, I wasted all my time in that store. And then to be treated rudely by that girl Kiana. She needs to retrain on how to handle customers and have better customer service skills. The managers and supervisors need to be retrained on how to help the customers. When it's very busy in the store and don't think that they're above doing that.

Daniel did so good a job I am raising my company rating from 2 stars to 4 stars. Daniel located a difficult-to-find cable under the ceiling, installed when the complex was built in 1986. He somehow made the wire live again, then split it off from the box in the bedroom, and brought it through the wall to the living room where it located perfectly to plug into my desktop computer. Daniel restored my faith in Time Warner Cable's judgement hiring Global Optics. Today the TWC Installer came for the modum hookup and his job was easy. He didn't need to add any cable and the computer system works perfectly.

Horrible and dangerous company! This morning I was getting ready to open my back door when a man's…read morepant leg caught my eye. I could barely see him or the four other workers in my backyard because they were toward the far left corner. They were hanging Global Optics wire for Time Warner along the telephone poles and were therefore cutting branches that lined the perimeter. Did I receive a knock on my door or any type of notice that their company was doing work in my backyard? NOPE! This is a huge safety hazard because I own a 180lb Neapolitan Mastiff who would have ripped them to shreds. In fact, that was the reason I opened my back door. Luckily, the workers pant leg caught my eye seconds before and I was able to stop my dog! How did I know it was Global Optics? Well, NOT because of any identifying uniforms. I had to trespass onto private property and look at the logo on the truck so I could call and ream them a new one! Why bother to call? Let's say my dog did bite, drag them to the ground, and inflict irreparable damage. Wonder who would be sued? ME and my MY HOMEOWNERS INSURANCE. I could have lost my house and everything that I've worked for because of these workers. To think, it can easily be avoided if the company would simply knock of people's doors the morning of and say, "please keep pets inside because we may be doing work in your backyard". And let's not forget about the fact that they left my gates open after fence hopping to the neighbors yard. Again, had I not seen them and I let my dog out, he would running around the neighborhood because I would have no idea my gate was open or how it got that way. Then I could have been cited for "failure to maintain my dog" and fined massive amounts of money. In all, this company is not safe and if I ever catch them on my property again without prior notice I will calling the police and having them removed for trespassing.

The employees were great and tried their best on several occasions to improve the service with what they had. I received the advertised speed fairly often but it was not stable enough to stream. Latency ranged from the double digits to 500-700ms. I might get 25MB\sec one time and 2MB the next. It was like paying $88 for a tank of gas and only getting 5 gallons, but there was nothing I could do but suck it up and hope for something better next month. Frequent outages were frustrating. Some were brief and some were long but I had them weekly. Rain? Forget it. The slightest rain would result in rain fade and full loss of connectivity until it had passed. It's the norm with line of sight technology but it's aggravating. If you live close to one of their towers you probably wouldn't notice. I was maybe 3 miles away with good signal strength. Don't buy the story that 25 megs won't stream. It's the minimum needed for 4K and more than enough for 1080p unless you have several data hungry devices in the home. I now have 30MB from a local competitor and 4K video streams like water with two computers surfing YouTube. Latency is in the 20's. I give a ton of credit to the employees for trying but the trouble was beyond their reach. I hope RS can get their problems resolved. Competition is healthy.

Excellent experience with Fusion Networking & Technology!…read more I had been dealing with a frustrating combination of ISP dropouts and reliability issues with my UniFi routers and access points--multiple times a day, it seemed like something was going down. Cris came right out, diagnosed the underlying issues, and helped me switch ISPs to get a much more seamless connection into the house. He also installed a more robust UniFi UDM-SE, which has made the system much more reliable while also giving me room to expand with additional access points, cameras, and other devices in the future. What has really stood out, though, is the follow-up. The team has been incredibly helpful with remote troubleshooting whenever something does come up, which gives me a lot of peace of mind. The biggest difference? Problems are now the exception rather than a multiple-times-a-day occurrence. And when something does happen, it's generally the ISP--not the network system itself failing like it was before. Great service, knowledgeable team, and excellent ongoing support. I would absolutely recommend Fusion Networking & Technology to anyone dealing with home network reliability or looking to build a more robust system.

The owner's response was to blame us for supplying the equipment -- despite the fact that cabling and installation was their contracted responsibility. This is not a company that stands behind their work or treats customers with any respect. Would not recommend under any circumstances.
