After calling three or four companies to fix our sliders and rescreen some of the doors without prompt replies I called Precision Screens and Tyler called me back within a couple of hours and set up a visit to give a quote for the next day. I have an older home in Palm Springs that I am remodeling. The home has four (4) sliding glass doors to outside patios and the courtyard. With age, two of the sliding doors were difficult to open and close and the sliding screens on all four glass doors were in bad shape. I came across Precision Screens online and gave them a call. Tyler was extremely responsive and professional, and we scheduled an appointment for his site visit the following day. Tyler arrived on schedule and was extremely professional and helpful in diagnosing solutions for the sliders and screens. We agreed on what I felt was a reasonable price to repair the two sliding glass doors and to replace all four sliding screens with heavy-duty screen sliders. Tyler took the measurements, and we agreed on an installation date for the following week that provided Precision Screens with the time to build the new heavy-duty screen sliders. After I called around to a few places to find a locking mechanism for my screen door that was broken...finally found Tyler online who had the exact part and he came over and installed it for me within 2 hours. Our dog knocked the entire sliding screen out of the doorway and broke the frame holding the screen.
