Even though they were very busy, the gentleman who helped me took the time to truly listen to my concerns instead of rushing me through. He was patient, kind, and reassuring. He even took a picture of the list of issues I shared with him and told me he would call me, which meant a lot and showed genuine care. I never felt pressured or upsold--just respected and heard. As a woman who only knows the basics when it comes to car issues, it is truly a breath of fresh air to encounter mechanics who aren't just trying to drain you of money, but who actually want to help and be honest. I genuinely believe God led me to this shop that day. I had prayed and asked Him to help me find a place with people who would be fair, honest, and not overcharge me--and Sal & Son's was exactly that answer.
