I moved a car to California and needed to have it Registered. A requirement is Smog Testing. I also needed registration and plates. I went to Smog Dogs and told them I had an appointment with DMV later that day. They let me know they could handle everything there . They also were very upfront letting me know there would be additional fees vs going to the DMV. What a relief, anything to avoid the DMV was well worth it! Everything was finished in an hour.
