For both heating and cooling they are prompt, courteous, and I've never seen cleaner work. They are neither the cheapest nor the most expensive estimates we received, but they are the absolute best value for the money you're going to spend.

I just got a call back from the guy and he wanted to charge me $180 and hour for labor and also just to come out and check out what is wrong with our furnace. Maybe they do a good job on servicing and fixing your heating and cooling but there are a lot of places that do a good job too without ripping you off on the labor end of things. I called Prime Time Heating & Cooling instead and it was $69 for the service charge and they came out within the hour to fix everything. AAC, this is a poor poor way to treat people who are in need knowing they need heat on a cold winter's day. Be careful of these guys everyone.

I had an exceptional experience with AAC Services. First, I called their company late on a Sunday…read moreafter my furnace went out. I was able to talk to someone right away, and they offered to come to my house immediately. However, as it was after hours, my home warranty company wouldn't cover the visit, so they set up a convenient appointment the next day to meet with my work schedule. Sul Salam was the technician who came to my home to address the issue with my furnace. He was incredibly friendly and professional. He identified the issue with my furnace right away. When my home warranty company tried to give him the run around over the phone, he was very persistent and advocated that they cover the visit (which they ended up doing, thanks to him). It didn't take him long at all to diagnose and fix the problem with my furnace, and he actually spent the vast majority of his visit on the phone with the warranty company. He didn't charge me for the extra time it took to ensure that the warranty company covered the repairs. If I ever have any other heating issues, I will definitely give AAC Services a call, and I will request Sul Salam by name. I highly recommend this company.

Gentleman that runs the company answered and…read moresaid he could be here to fix our air within 3 days when Family Heating and Cooling needed 3 weeks as it was super hot and lots of customers with no air. Told this guy he had the job and he said he would be here at noon on Friday. Got a call at about 11:30 saying he was running behind and I was ok with that as he called and was nice about it. He got here said nothing was wrong it must be are interupable service from DTE. Called DTE to come out and of course it takes them FOREVER because they suck, and they said it was the AC unit. So mind you we don't have air for like a week or more when he could have fixed it right the first time. Called him back, after DTE said it is in fact our AC unit and he fixed it right this time but still charged me $60 for a service call. I said ok paid him. Told him right when we talked the first time I would be doing a review. Here's your review which you told me you don't bother reading. Well if you read this call me and I will gladly bump you up to a 2 star review. :-)
