And we'll hold the daily fee til tomorrow since you called. . This was a flat out lie. They did not have the vehicle. This lie ended up costing me an additional $70 because I didn't call other wreckers to find the vehicle, because they told me they had it. . And did the owner apologize for his employees mistake or try to help us. Seeing that their screw up just cost us 70$? Nope. Instead was rude, literally yelled at us, refused to help and slammed the door in our face. Mistakes happen, but to make a mistake that cost a customer 70$ and then act like that? Unreal. . In short: Unprofessional, Unsafe, Dirty car dump back in the woods. AND Same cost as a nice place like Precision Auto Body Repair(which is where my vehicle was actually at.) that has a great fenced in/secure lot and went out of their to help us.

It was dark, late and rainy and I was tired and irritated. Flash Towing came in about 30 minutes or less. The guy Buzzy was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I got home. He even went out of his way to try alternatives so I wouldn't have to pay for towing. You can tell he's just a kind hearted person naturally which really goes along way when you're having a horrible day. I would definitely recommend Flash Towing and this we'll be the only tow service my family or myself will ever use if I ever need one again. The lady was very rude, hateful and not willing to work with my husband. She told him that the title had been applied for and that the towing company would have the car crushed for scrap metal. I would never recommend this company. Unfortunately, my brother, had my fathers car impounded, due to bad choices and this wasn't the first time. The first time it happened the car was impounded at Lake City Towing and the staff there were very nice and helpful. So, if you ever need towing services, I would not recommend ACE towing but instead Lake City Towing.

A large lack in unclear communication that definitely needs to be addressed…read more Left with more questions than answers, phone calls that never get returned, and unclear runaround answers to make excuses when they can't provide clear answers. False reports for a $213 paid diagnostic service that was originally quoted at $180 (This is not labeled as tax on the invoice but as a $23 "shop supply charge" ) as well as false reports made on other components of the vehicle not related to the original diagnostic service. Unless my car ever needs dealer-specific recalls for immediate safety concerns I'm probably going to stay away from here.
