Took my car in to be checked because engine light was on at 9am expecting it to be checked..I had to keep calling to check on the progress.Technician Raven was very rude and seem to just brush me off every time I called.i finally went back to shop at 5pm, car was still in the same spot.i asked for the keys.. Raven had an attitude and threw keys to me.. I had went here to get a oil change and I had some issues come up where it was smoking a day or two after, I took it to jeep and they told me that the tube the dipstick goes inside of to check the oil was missing off of my engine!!! no way he did not tell me about this issue!! I will not be going back due to the other manager not being there anymore.! these people are clearly careless. My engine was getting no oil. in my opinion save your money and go somewhere that actually will be honest and care. I will be back to post pictures!! read more

If during a simple oil change service you are looking for 1-quart less oil and a brand new hole to your wiper fluid reservoir when there was absolutely no leak the day before, this is the place for you. if you enjoy going to the auto parts store to buy more oil after your oil change b/c the correct amount was not replenished, you do not need to look any further. But wait... get an overpriced oil change gone wrong now, and you will also receive a free side of BS when you call to calmly and respectfully share your concerns. I have been a customer at this location for many years and have found that the present management and team are the absolute best. On one occasion, a new battery was installed by AAA, but more issues made it necessary for them to tow it to Precision Tune. "Matthew", the Technician at Precision Tune, made the necessary repairs but the battery was dead. AAA refused to replace their new battery, so Matthew intervened by providing his expertise and diagnostic testing of the repairs he had just completed, and due to his professionalism and expertise, AAA agreed to replace their battery. If "Matthew" had not intervened, I would have had to pay for another battery. On another occasion, I bought a vehicle that I had just purchased to Precision Tune with problems with the electrical system. I was advised by another mechanic that the electrical system was broken. "Matthew" spent less than 5 minutes on it and reported the wiring was loose. His honesty and expertise have truly been a blessing to me! This staff is very pleasant to work with. read more

I had taken my car to them for the same thing my AC for a year and a half three times before they finally fixed it right and then immediately after that I started getting water in the floor I took it to the dealership and they told me someone had pushed the drainage tube for the AC back up into my car causing water damage to my carpet I got a $3000 bill hoping my insurance company will pay for it even then I got a $500 deductible these people will rip you off every chance they get and Jimmy your car so you continually have to bring it back to them somebody should shut them down read more

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!! I brought my car in (Garners Ferry Location) for mechanical repairs after an accident. I agreed to pay for a radiator and condenser so they could complete their diagnostic, and this work was paid for ahead of time in the form of a deposit. They decided to do cosmetic work on the car before figuring out and reporting back to me what the mechanical problems were, and now will not give me back the car until I pay for the cosmetic work. They tell me the car needs a new engine and a new transmission, which will bring the total cost to more than seven thousand dollars, but they fixed the bumper and headlight and put fluids in! Their solution was for me to give them the title for the car and call it even, without them giving me back the money I already gave to them! I was clearly taken advantage of here. Never would I agree to fix a bumper before knowing if the car even works. Now I will have to take them to court. Do not use these people unless you want to get ripped off! read more

Getting a panicked call from your child whose car "died" on the freeway, two hours from home is scary for a parent!!! The tow truck driver recommended Precision and took our Jeep Grand Cherokee there. And of course it was 4:30pm on a Friday... Ellen was so nice, helpful and professional on the phone! Odell, the mechanic called me within the hour telling me what was wrong and the repair costs. Serpentine belt, It was fixed the next day, as they work a full day on Saturday. So thankful for them!!! Very professional. I feel ok with the cost, and will read the detailed invoice when my child returns home. It was a little under $375. and a friend at work paid about the same amount for their serpentine belt last year. Thankful for their help, kindness and expertise!!! read more

I won't be going back to this place. We went before and we got the car back so fast we just knew the oil wasn't changed. A few days later I saw smoke coming from my dash through the vents. I immediately got the oil changed and it stopped. I went back a few days ago because I was in a push for time. We got the car back again within 5 minutes. The change oil light wasn't reset. I told my friend to call, because you know how we men are when it comes to stuff like this from other men. I didn't want no drama, but he insisted the oil was changed, and we could come back for the light. We told this guy to make sure he got the light switched off before we even handed over the keys. It probably wouldn't be wise for me to go back there, but I just googled how to change my own oil. Is going to this place really worth the health of your car? read more

Gary really is a customer service professional...I normally dress dealing with car places because I know nothing about cars and they try to take advantage of that. None of that here. 5 FREAKIN STARS!!!!! I couldn't be happier with my visit here! Especially with David. His customer service was out of this world! My friend and I were in town visiting and on our way back home the car shut off. We called in and told the front desk that they should be expecting us and the lady told us to come on in. This was around 3:45. Once we got there, literally 5 minutes later, she explained that they closed at 5 and the mechanic wouldn't have any time to look at the car. Too frustrated to even complain or raise hell, we were on our way with plan B. That's when DAVID stepped in and said that he'll make an exception and look at our car. After diagnosing it, he said it should only take about 30 minutes to fix and he'd be happy to do it. It took a little longer than 30 minutes because he had other cars to work on but he got to it. This man is so sweet and genuine . If you have any car problems this is the shop and he's the man! read more
