I mistakenly had my window tinted at another shop. It was peeling and scratched very easily. I live close to here so I stopped in to see if they could repair the damage to my new truck. Within a few hours my old tint was removed and replaced with high quality film. I didn't know there was a difference and I learned the hard way. They were very reasonably priced and helpful. One unusual thing for an auto related business - the payment method is set up like a restaurant, where you are asked what % tip you want to leave, e.g., 15%, 20%, etc. Because of the price of this type work, the suggested tip could easily be $80 to $100. I originally had my tint done at the Stephanie location in 2016 and the tint ended up bubbling and peeling and the lifetime warranty wasn't honored due to the film being discontinued. So this time around I got the best film they offered and was quoted $700.00 by Fox for removal and install. I made my appt for December but had to reschedule to January and called back to let them know and he confirmed it was scheduled. Unfortunately, when I showed up to drop off my car I wasn't even booked. They we're able to fit me in and accommodate me however I was quoted $710.00 now, fine it's $10.00 so I paid it. Additionally I tipped $190.00 because the car looked amazing. On the ride home I noticed, bubbles on my glare strip, front passenger window, back window, the original film all over the floor of my car and seats. Staff was helpful over the phone and gave me the most competitive quote by far (I had spoken to probably six other places prior to calling Precision). They didn't try and up sell me on anything I didn't want or wasn't interested in and answered all my questions. Wouldn't go anywhere else. We even had Precision remove awful tint on a car we bought. After having that tint changed to their tint it was scary how much visibility was lost with that other that they took off the car! We even had them tint the windows on our trailer. It not only helped with privacy, but it helps keep it cooler. read more

This review is for someone like me who's just your regular guy who wanted a good tint for the money. First off I payed $400 for ceramic tint on all my windows. I had to take 4 trips to this place, the 1st was to get the tint done. Then when I picked up my car after business hours I noticed this huge indent into my passenger door panel. Told them about it and they wanted to verify the damage. 2nd time back they checked it out and said they wanted their interior specialist to check it. Drop my car off, 3rd time back. Come back and they tell me someone didn't put the door panel on right and that I should wait a week to see if the door panel molds back to its original shape. 2 weeks pass and my door panel is still the same, with an indent the size of my hand. Now that time has passed and my windows are also cured I go back and check each window individually. Come to find out all my windows have a couple super small bubbles. But my rear windows as shown in the pictures have clusters of small bubbles. Also my small rear side window looks as if it's missing tint at the top bc you can see the light shine in the car. I tell them all the problems, they say ok, bring the car back. I take my car there now for the 4th time. Pick it up after business hours and they've replaced my door panel with a new one but none of the windows with noticeable bubbles were replaced bc I had already existing tint and that voided the warranty which is completely understandable. It was my fault, and I did give them the ok to tint over the tint. Overall very displeased would not recommend because the shops work was not even close to a professional level. My windows that didn't have existing tint still had small bubbles. If you want perfect then this is not the shop for you. I hope I save some people the trouble. read more
