Let me just start by saying Jimmy at Precision Window was amazing! He was very clear with explaining the differences between the tints and the benefits of the different types of glass. When I had originally called to get an appointment I was sent to voicemail. I received a text immediately asking what day and time I would like to schedule. It was quick, and easy and I was able to get an appointment within the same week. It was very good customer service all the way around. As for the tint I decided to go with, I got 15% on 5 windows (excluding the windshield) and I'm so glad I did! The service was $299 +tax and took 3 hours to install. I had last tried Precision Tint for one of my cars in 2013. They opened another shop closer to the house so I decided to call them to see how long it would take to get an appointment. Some of the other shops in Vegas take many days / weeks to get an appointment. This new office is near the Raiders practice facility so it is relatively new still. 1. I like it when the shop answers the phone right away and professionally. So many shops have the workers also answering the phone and the workers are either busy or interrupted and you can sense it. Here they have front office staff. 2. Pricing - I like that they give you pricing right over the phone. Fast and quick. No problem. 3. Appointment - Fast and easy, made it for the next day and they opened up early and all was set. 4. No upsell - I wanted the windshield and all windows done, and without any dark tint, just UV protection. That is what they priced. 5. Fast - Car was in by 9:00 am and done at 11:30, 30 minutes early. Great clean organized and inviting facility. Good professional service, good pricing. Already I can tell that the job they did was good. They also cleaned up after themselves and that was key. Knowledgeable staff and ownership with many years experience doing tints in the desert market place! Get the Nano Ceramic because my electric car is 10x cooler now! Never thought tiny can make this much of a difference! Your car dash will take less abuse and you don't need to put a reflector in the windshield. My husband called this place for a quote to get my car tinted darker and was helped by "Fox." Since I already had some tint on my car, they were unable to do the whole tint job that I wanted the same day because they wouldn't have time to do so, as I came in late afternoon and there's a whole long process of taking off old tint and replacing it. I know nothing about that so Fox and hubby concluded that I get at least the front tinted first and make arrangements to get the rest done another day. I decided to have the front tinted at 50% with the stratos series tint. It made a HUGE difference! Before having it, my legs and arms burned in the sunlight. It also helped with glare. I'm coming back to finish up with the tint job for all around my car. The job only took about half an hour and the waiting room was pretty comfortable with several seats, complimentary water, tv, and restroom. So far so good. I definitely recommend this place for tint and will follow up with another review when the whole car is done. read more
