Due to a lot of supply chain issues I faced myself with having to wait about 4 months for kryptonite stage 2 leveling kit to come from the manufacture, I will admit that I became pretty impatient not at the fault of NorCal motor company, my truck was in dire need of new upper and lower ball joints and some new shocks, it was well worth the wait because the kit transformed the ride of my truck and the way it handles, my heavy duty 3/4 truck that's almost 20 years old handles and rides like a car with the additions of the TUFF built suspension and steering with additional ground clearance. I am so glad that I waited for the suspension to be done I couldn't have been happier with the work that was performed it was worth every penny that I paid. Great place to shop and purchase, until your vehicle goes in with no leaks for simple upgrades and find out later there Poor craftsmanshipcaused something else to leak...... then blame the previous licensed mechanic who has been in business since 1981 that rebuilt my front end. I Had my front axle rebuilt 7k miles ago then had these guys install Carli ball joints only find out they some how damaged the driver side axle seal.....hhmmm didn't leak when I got there, thanks NorCal for taking zero responsibility. Other than that nice place. All, in response to below please see better business bureau for this issue, "soon to be on bureau of automotive repair" what you will find is a very detailed response as to why it took "5 long" months to discover the leak... I am an electrician not a mechanic, 18,000 miles later??? Hmm I think we're telling tall tales, and exactly how does one roll a vehicle into a shop and determine whether your mechanic jammed the axle back into the tube without even taking anything apart? I say again and it's simple It did not leak when it got there. And thank you for at least admitting it did not leak when it got to your shop, still cost me $535 to fix it back home in the Bay Area. read more
