Clear detailed instructions with what each part of the cleaning and drying does would have been great. I have a tiny sub compact and it took a while to clean. And I'm not thrilled with the end result tbh. My car doesn't look carwash clean. I'll stick to drivethrough carwashes next time. I just paid $50 for an "express" wash that supposedly includes vacuuming and cleaning the cup holders, and this is how my car was handed back to me -- dirty cup holders, debris still everywhere, back seats never cleaned, and trunk mats that clearly were NEVER touched. At this point, I could've asked my toddler to clean the inside and she probably would've done a better job. The outside may look decent, but that's not what I paid for. If you're going to rush services because it's busy or nice outside, then charge less -- because this level of work is absolutely unacceptable and honestly disgusting. What makes this worse is that this isn't my first issue here. The last time I came, one of my daughter's items went missing and I had to follow up myself and request camera footage to resolve it. Now THIS is the quality of service I get afterward? I've been a loyal customer for years and have recommended this place to friends and family, but after today -- absolutely not. Why would I attach my name to a business that delivers poor customer service and careless work? That's embarrassing. I sent Lornel a message and he got back to me within the hour, and helped me figure out exactly what detailing package i would need for what I wanted done to my car.
