The very first time was yearssss ago during one of the complimentary session with YEE. The hubby was actually the one pushing for us to do yoga together and especially to come here. He has heard great things from several of his coworkers and been on the hunt for a good yoga studio for a couple years now. Not exactly sure what to expect, I decided to try the Gentle Flow class first. It was a great re-introduction to yoga for me. The second time, we went with a more challenging class and did Vinyasa Flow. I did not expect to break a sweat, but it did kick my butt a little bit. Both instructors were knowledgeable and skilled. Their voices and tones were also perfect to create a calm/zen atmosphere. The yoga studio itself is super spacious and pretty open with all glass doors/windows on one side, and high/wooden ceiling. The classes do get full, but there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. A huge bonus is the home grown vegetables and fruits that the owners would bring in from their own farm. They're organic and at a very reasonable price too. They do have a pretty great schedule that offers multiple different classes each day for different levels. They also have excellent offer for new student, which I highly recommend signing up.

I've been doing yoga for 30 years and I've never experienced a teacher who embodies the true spirit of yoga in the way that she does, all the while still giving you a good workout. Yoga is so much more than the body and it's obvious that Rachel respects the whole tradition, not just whether or not you can do downward dog correctly. She teaches without even having to say a word. Her compassionate and humble nature as well as her knowledge of the asana practice makes her a true yoga teacher. I appreciate all of the different styles each teacher has to offer. You also admit in your response that I was told to go ahead and work out before everything was finalized, which contributed to the confusion. What a scam. This club tried to scam me for three hundred dollars. I had been a member there for…read morethree months. They told me there was no cancellation fee after three months. When I emailed them in advance to cancel, they told me someone had signed me up for a new contract one month after I'd already been a member there for a month. So they signed me up for two contracts in a one month period, and told me too bad about the first month it didn't count. So they wanted four months of their 200 dollar contract and when I tried to cancel they hit me with the hundred dollar cancellation fee. Scammers. So I do not even want to go there anymore now. They snuck in an extra month to my commitment and tried to charge me an extra 300 in total to cancel. Well send me to collections and hire a lawyer to serve me and we'll settle it in court. Do Pilates, Get scammed. Update: Interestingly enough, I was able to get out of the contract. The trick is to say a few magic words to the lady on the other end of the emails. Hint: expressing that the contract is similar to the R word works wonders. Best of luck!
